I like this property, very convenient
We stayed here for the first time and we thoroughly enjoyed being here. The room was a nice size and very clean. The area around the hotel was excellent for restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. It is the best breakfast we have seen yet at a hotel. The only downside was the size of the elevators. Once you get on the elevator with your bags, there really isn’t any room for anyone else.
I stayed at The Business in for 6 days and during that time I noticed one of your front desk members being rude and/or unpleasant to several guets, including me. Unnecessary tone of voice, denial of requests, refusal to assist amongst other things. If this person doesn't like her job than she should find a new one, customer service is not for everyone. I dont know her name but it was the only white woman I saw during my six days at the hotel.
Welcoming staff upon arrival. Very large living area for family suite. Nice comfortable bed that was more plush than firm. All the accommodating accessories provided including desktop computer which I did not use. No issues with Wi-Fi. Morning breakfast was quite nice to start your journey exploring Ottawa. Close enough to all the major sites for walking. Definitely met or exceeded expectations and will seek and recommend this venue first before other hotels when coming to Ottawa.
Spacious suite, clean, comfortable bed. Staff pleasant and efficient. Check in quick and easy. Breakfast offered many choices both hot and cold. Carpet being replaced in some areas, will.improve appearance. Amenities in unit quite sufficient. Appliances more than adequate. Parking underneath quite challenging and close quarters, but manageable. Highly recommend this accommodation for either short or long stay.

👍Wonderful place with great staff and a fabulous breafast too. This place has it all. Location. Breakfast. Gym. Walkable. Endless outdoor restaurants. Parliament and museums are all near by too.
