Food and/or drink is not allowed in any bedroom

For safety purpose, there is a camera installed OUTSIDE only.

There is no access to private rooms/basement which used as storage room.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. Please read the rules when you are on site.
