Great ocean view and walking distance to downtown. Not so great traffic. Hard to park on public areas .

Nice location - just a couple blocks to the beach. Plenty of dining options nearby. There were a few minor issues with the plumbing - bathroom faucet, shower drain and the office was closed during the holiday weekend so we couldn't report until check out. I assume they will be resolved by maintenance right away.
