Free round of golf at Shipyard Golf course and free time on Van DeMeer tennis courts included. 2 bikes for the week included. Top notch unit. Huge LR/DR. Nice size kitchen with all the appliances. Half bath downstairs. Sleeper couch in LR. Deck overlooking golf course. Upstairs has Master Suite and Guest BR with two twin beds and its own full bath.
