Every aspect of our stay was outstanding. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well-designed. Cathy and Jack were not only accommodating but responsive, generous and gracious. Kayaking with dolphins, seeing a hawk fly over the lanai with either a large frog or a small iguana, watching fish "fly" and hearing a loud thump that turned out to be an iguana that fell out of a palm tree! You just can't beat all that and a very comfortable and inviting outdoor living room with a heated pool! We LOVED it!!

Perfect house for our family

Our family of six had a wonderful week at this beautiful house. We wanted for nothing, as Cathy seemed to have provided everything we could possibly have needed. Incredibly clean and spacious. From the multiple dining areas to the gas fire table to the incredibly warm pool, we didn’t want to leave. Hoping we can return!

Absolutely beautiful

Look no further. The house was perfect. Very clean and had everything you would need. The pool was awesome, warm and had plenty of pool toys. My grandchildren didn’t want to get out. The view from the lanai to the canal is great. Fish jumping, osprey in the trees. Even saw a manatee. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook if you didn’t want to go out. I would highly recommend this house. The owner responds very quickly to any questions. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Everything you need for an enjoyable stay!

Kathy was an outstanding host and the house was well equipped for everything you need in the kitchen was huge plus for us because we love to cook. They were also so generous and left beach chairs, bikes and kayaks. The neighborhood is good for walking, close to publix and the neighbors were so friendly. the only knock is it take a while to get to beach due to traffic but that is happening all over florida! All is all - Kathy is a super host and we would return again!

Beautiful home and pool.

This home was very comfortable and well stocked, unlike other rentals. The pool and outdoor entertainment space is top notch. We would definitely come back if we visit this area again.

We loved the property, great floor plan and great screened indoor/outdoor space allowing the outdoors in all day. Stocked fully and has pool toys, kayaks, life jackets. Had a maintenance issue that host addressed immediately. We would rent this property again!

Beautiful home, exceptional host!

My family and I spent 8 days at this property and enjoyed every minute we were there. The home is beautiful and has everything we needed. Comfy beds, all necessary cooking items, beach equipment, kayaks and an incredible lanai that backs up to the canal. Cathy was an exceptional host and was very responsive. In fact, the best VRBO host we’ve ever had. Great location and lots to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation

We had great 20 days at the house. It was clean and welcoming and had all we needed for a perfect stay. The heated pool was awesome and we can’t wait to come again . Cathy the host was available when we needed which was a plus too.
