Best host interaction and location; host was incredibly nice and responsive. The house is ok. Cheap furniture and beds, dirty sitting chairs, tiny bathrooms, but had comfy sofas and two big tvs.

This was the perfect house for us. Nothing more we could have asked for except better weather but that was out of his hands. Ryan was good to work with and very nice when we met him. Short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed. Just perfect.

We loved our stay here! The house was equipped with everything from cooking utensils to beach chairs (though we did bring our own). Having the pool was a huge add and the park is right across the street. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely rent here again or at his other properties!

Glorious vacation . Comfortable home for family and fur babies. Comfortable beds for great sleeping . House stocked with everything we needed . The pool and backyard were a private sanctuary . Spent early mornings out in yard on the deck watching the birds and wildlife. The pool kept us all cool when we tired of the beach and in the evenings . Couldn’t wait to book again and stay longer

Amazing time!

We had a wonderful week in Isle of Palms thanks to this wonderful home. Perfect location, house had all amenities ( even a crib and baby bathtub!) and the pool was so much fun for our young kids. We rented a golf cart and were able to get to the beach in a few minutes and use the provided chairs and umbrella! We would love to come back next year. Highly recommend this home!

Stay was Too Short due to the Weather!

The property was wonderful, exactly as described and very convenient. Very clean and comfortable, and the pool was a good size. Great property! There was a city park with a basketball court and pickleball courts just up the street. The beach was less than half a mile away. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 2 nites, due to the inclement weather from the hurricane hitting Florida and the flooding predicted for this area.

This was place was very nice, clean, and had everything you needed there. The pool was awesome and definite advantage, where you could just float around all day. Located just a few walking blocks to the beach as well. The owner was super nice and helpful with any issue we had. Loved it!! Will definitely be back again for sure :)

Great beach house rental in IOP

This is an awesome beach house, a few blocks away from the beach and the dog park. Great for families and pets, with a pool and a completely fenced in yard. The bathrooms have been updated nicely, and plenty of towels are provided. The house is clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. Communicating with the host was extremely easy and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great visit

House was in perfect location for my family, which included 2 teen boys. Park directly across the street was perfect for pickleball/ basketball. Location of house is only a couple blocks from beach. We rented a golf cart which made loading/ unloading at beach easy as well as running around island. House is well equipped with basic essentials. The pool was a great bonus to relax after spending day at beach. Only recommendation would be to upgrade mattresses as they were noisy every time you moved in the bed. Will definitely look to rent again.

Great location. We walked to the beach every morning to catch the sunrise. Its a quick 5 to7 minute walk. The house was great. Lots of space with 2 living room areas, large dining room table perfect for playing games, and the kitchen was well equipment with everything you need to cook. There was also a grill available. The yard was completely fenced in so that was perfect for our dog.
