Hotel’s computer program for issuing keys was down for both days and they had to “let us in the room” Told us it was due storm which is pathetic given the WiFi and electricity are working Every time we want to get back into the room someone had to let us in Did not offer us anything complimentary and some workers were rather nasty about the situation (not all)

We stayed here for Mothers Day weekend and I can honestly say that when we asked to move rooms, the staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean and quiet. Would definitely come back

The individual checking me in you would think he was doing brain surgery and I had a reservation it took so long there was only 1 cup a small coffee cup in the room no plastic cups at all I have stayed here many times I might have to look elsewhere

The staff here definitely set the tone for the stay. Every employee I passed smiled and greeted me. They made an effort to help you when needed and went above and beyond to make my experience more than average. If i come back to this area I won't stay anywhere else. Any issues that arose during my stay or fellow guest stays were met with immediate call to action. This was one of the cleanest hotels I've been to. Its in a reallygreat area, 10 min drive anywhere, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and right near a little spanish moss walk that overlooks the marsh. Even among all the Hiltons nearby, i would still recommend this one.

No hot water, ice machine on our floor didn't work and tv was messed up. I did ask and received discount on final bill. Cold showers were horrible but in the end, we were satisfied.
