The second bedroom/den and the breakfast nook/office area look west to a water view of the intracoastal. Complex includes great amenities, including 2 heated pools just steps to beach access, 24 hour manned gate, social room, exercise room, billiards plus car wash facilities! Minimum rental of 90 days.
