Okay, so I only went there for a private screening downstairs in their screening room, but it was beautiful and spacious and the leather couches were super comfy. We had lobster apps, mini pizzas and I had the Malbec. Yum. The lobster was my favourite, and I also enjoyed the popcorn during the film. I think this room is rented out for private functions about three times/week. (According to the bartender.) They have coat check at the front reception area, which is nice at this time of year. I accidentally ended-up in the spa area, and would definitely go there. (If someone else is paying.) So beautiful and calming, and the employees were so nice. The lounge/bar area is nice, also. Although, drinks are expensive. :) Again, will go if someone else is paying. Just saying.
I go to a lot of spas but this was my first time visiting this spa as a friend had referred me here. I went in for a tour and to inquire about the different services offered. The spa manager was so helpful! She took the time to show me the amenities available (steam room, gym, pool). I was shocked to see how friendly and attentive all the staff working in the spa were. They all greeted me with a smile and made me feel so welcomed. I am definitely coming back here for a spa day.
Spent a Saturday night here. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I've travelled all over the world and this hotel holds its own against the best. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mark McEwan's One restaurant is fantastic as well.
I've travelled a fair bit in life for work and pleasure. I really wasn't expecting the level of care and quality at the Hazelton. So many hotels look nice online but in person they let you down in some way. I am not easily impressed. The Hazelton exceeded all of my expectations and left me wanting more. I was truly blown away. The room was very well appointed and flawless. The bathtub was incredible. The bed was as good as my bed at home which never happens. The staff was on par with the room, friendly and very helpful. I look forward to my next Toronto trip now even more. I will always try to stay at the Hazelton given a choice. Hopefully next time I can take my wife. The Hazelton would make an amazing escape for couples too. Thank you!
Toronto is an unusual place when it comes to hotels although there are big brands that are international , things are just different there in my opinion . Although the four seasons would have been my ideal place I didn't really like the one in Toronto so much so my next was this hotel the Hazelton. I highly recommend it , it should be ok your top list of hotels to consider. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The place has a positive vibe , very lively . Great for all types of visitors , really ! And it's rare to find such place that fits all. The restaurant is great and very lovely to have a quick bit or a full meal whichever it's a nice setting. The rooms are very very comfortable , I'd rather you go for the back view of the hotel as it's less noise in the morning although it's not so much that really depends on your sleep. Toilets have both Showers and bath tubes and TV and heater floors just so you can have that great one on one time with your self or your loved one. The walk in closet is amazing keeping everything in site. And the constant restocking of water and coffee and other snacks. You have 5 or 6 pillow options to chose from for a good night sleep and automatic curtains . The street that the hotel is located on is such a nice place to walk around . You have nespresso coffee shop close by amazing Japanese food and a lovely high-end delicatesent at the corner of the street . You also have 3 different saloons facing the hotel one of them is Tony and guy. Whatever you need the hotel has you covered on all ways. I can't thank them enough for the perfect stay that they have made sure I had in everyway.
We travel frequently to Toronto and have stayed at most of the high end hotels. We just keep coming back to the Hazelton. They welcome us the way that guests should be treated. Lovely boutique hotel with a great bar/restaurant. Thom and Sandra

Breakfast at the Hazelton Hotel was really special especially the amazing fruit platter! Thank you Hazelton Hotel I look forward to another visit.
What a pleasant experience staying at the Hazelton. Every staff member is attuned to the needs of the guest and sincerely cares about the experience. Perfect location and I would not stay anywhere else in Toronto. I wish I had time to stay another night. Jamie R
A friend and I decided to have an evening away in Toronto and stayed at The Hazelton Hotel. I can't write enough about how great the service was, the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, as well as how clean the property was. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel pampered and important. The personalized welcome note from the general manager was a nice touch and the location of the hotel could not be beaten. Breakfast was a treat and all of the staff made us feel at home. I can't wait to go back and stay again. It is definitely the only place in Toronto that I would recommend without any concern. Thank you Hazelton Hotel for such a fun and memorable evening.
