The check-in staff was difficult to understand. She told us of a phone scam happening in the hotel, but once it happened, she offered no assistance to us. The lobby was extremely cold (probably due to a full wall of windows which were cheap quality and offered no insulation value). At breakfast, the fresh fruit tray was not refilled within 20 minutes after we asked. In the room, an extension cord was sticking out beside the bed - upon moving it, the lights flickered. The smoke detector had plastic wrapped around it. The TV power cord was unplugged. The fridge froze our leftovers and there was no visible way to adjust it warmer. The heater didn't stop blowing hot air even when the set temperature was reached, and it ran intermittently after turning it off. The room window was as bad as the lobby - letting in a cold draft along the floor the whole time. Jets in the Jacuzzi tub didn't work and staff didn't do anything when we told them. The complimentary Wi-Fi was very difficult to connect to (one of our phones took a few attempts, the other never connected) but this is fairly typical of hotel Wi-Fi. The vending machine and ice room had an exterior door that didn't shut properly which made the room freezing cold (and the hotel hallways unsecured). There were long, dark hairs on the white sheets. The king bed (which, at most hotels, has at least 6 pillows) only had 4 tiny pillows which offered almost no neck support. There was some water damage on the ceiling in the room that hadn't been properly patched. In the bathroom, there was black staining (likely mold) between tiles in the floor. The ceiling had 2 large batches of black mold spots. The shower door was difficult to close.

The hotel was just ok: breakfast was poor but room and service were good. The problem is security because as per my conversation with front-desk is usual that guest received room calls trying to get credit card details to commit fraud. I received a call telling me that there was problems with the reservation so they need to reconfirm details to avoid double charges.

Very nice hotel. We booked online, got a great price. King room was spacious, had a desk, fridge coffee maker and microwave. There is breakfast included and the eating area is very nice and big. Easily could be used in evenings for groups. Outdoor swimming pool. Coffee 24/7. Free parking.

My mom funeral travel 12 hours to get to Canada my trip was good especially in December,I always stayed at this location because everyone is so friendly and polite staff was great atmosphere great all and all perfect I called this place home from home.

What you’d expect from a Hampton, friendly staff, clean rooms, good hot breakfast (that runs until 10am) Fitness room included an eliptical, treadmill, stationary bike and a cable machine. Would definitely stay again, good value for the area.

It was quiet and the staff I dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay there on my next trip to Mississauga.or Oakville. There are several places within a 10 min drive to eat or shop etc.

This was a nice hotel for a nice price. The rooms are a little dated looking but the facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The staff helped me find a place to order food and made me very comfortable. The breakfast options at the hotel were nice and I always love the complimentary warm cookies.

Checking in via the apps and at the hotel was smooth. Polite and friendly lady at the check in. Room basic, but cold when we entered. The room was allocated to us much earlier and they should have warmed it up prior to our arrival. Weekend breakfast is up to 10 AM. We were there before 9 am. Fruit tray was empty, muffins no choice, cooked spicy potatoes were nice, beans standard. I do not eat bacon, so no other choices for me. No eggs. Coffee container not replenished, until we pointed out. Hot water finished.When the pineapple pieces came, after they were told, it appeared to be from a can. I was looking forward to the breakfast. It seems the management is trying to save money. People who came latter did not get what they wanted. It seems that there was lack of monitoring of the items that were finished. Check out was quick.

Room was spacious, well equipped and everything was in working order. Fitness room has several items that needed attention. Breakfast room staff on day two was not doin her job - Depleted items were not being replaced.

First of all, I booked through hotel site with CAA discount. This ended up cheaper than booking through travelocity or expedia. This also qualified you for the Hilton Honors. The room was overall quite nice. Bed very comfortable and pillows great. The whirlpool tub was quite difficult to get into. This was also the shower. We are not seniors, just middle aged . . I now understand why it looked the shower curtain was about to fall off the wall. . . it was likely used too many times to help get into the tub. The room was noisy. Being an airport hotel you expect planes. . . however, the heater was loud too. The hotel cannot control the behavior of the other guests and we understand that. However, it is very annoying when the other guests bang on your door at 3:30 in the morning, The guests on one side talked extremely loudly til the wee hours of the morning and the guests on the other side were very loud at 6am in morning while getting up and getting ready to leave. I searched based on the hotel amenities. I searched for a pool. I did not read that it was an outdoor pool only and was a little disappointed about this. That one was my fault. Breakfast provided was good. Both hot and cold choices available. The front desk staff were great and the welcome bag was a nice touch with breakfast bars and bottled water.
