Very comfortable. Great Location. Safe free parking, great complimentary breakfast. The shower was the best! The shower was above my head, and the temperature was hot and consistent even during peak morning use. You can barely hear any air traffic, and being a light sleeper, I pick hotels because of this. It was not a factor at all.
The hotel's location is good for working in Mississauga. The employees are helpful and nice. The property is out dated with a single elevator that could easily become busy. I would suggest staying on the ground level. The breakfast menu does not offer vegetarian option and there is meat mixed in the ingredients. The good thing it is well labeled. There are fruits, cereals and pastries if you do not eat meat or pork.
Overall this Hampton Inn is nice. Breakfast we decent, very carb heavy, which my kids loved but I found limited healthy options. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet. We stayed only one night in the winter so we did not use the pool. Affordable, clean hotel option.
Really comfortable but wish we could get the rate at the front desk rather than booking and just wished the breakfast was at a later end time. Other wise is was awesome place to stay at. Very clean I liked the comforter on the bed felt like home rather then a just a sheet.
I booked this hotel upon the recommendation of the surgery clinic I was attending. I booked the room two months prior, in November 2017. We arrived a few hours early and were told that we could not check in yet, that's fair. What is not fair is knowing at that time that the hotel had overbooked that evening (by seven rooms) and that we would not have a place to stay. My partner was displaced for the entire day, and the point of booking so far in advance was to ensure he would have a place to stay to relax during my procedure after driving two hours to get there. He did not have that opportunity. When we went to check in later that evening, we were moved to a different hotel as a solution. Which may seem like a viable solution, except that we should have been told in the afternoon it was overbooked and given an option of a refund or moving. We were not given that option. Which I think is horrible. We could have chosen to stay at a different hotel, closer to the clinic where he could have relaxed. As I said, that was the point of booking TWO MONTHS in advance. I still had to pay full price. I am not impressed.
This was one the most awful stays we have had at a Hilton. We stayed there for two nights. We were hearing this loud buzzing sound 24/7. Our room was right next to the electrical room and the bussing was coming from there. We weren’t able to get enough sleep. Finally the staff fixed the problem a couple of hours before we checked out. Too little too late. I want my points back. This was not the romantic get away we had in mind. . Shower ceiling was moldy. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Ceiling had signs of leak stained. What a terrible stay. Do not stay here.
My partner and I usually stay at over priced 5 star hotels and we live it. This night in particular we were spontaneous and wanted to stay close to town. This was convenient for a spur of the moment let’s spend the night together trip.
Moved to 3 rooms in a two night stay. This hotel is rundown & broken. I would never stay here again. The cleaning lady Angie was the most helpful person in the whole place. Manager did credit for one night but it wasn’t enough.
The check-in staff was difficult to understand. She told us of a phone scam happening in the hotel, but once it happened, she offered no assistance to us. The lobby was extremely cold (probably due to a full wall of windows which were cheap quality and offered no insulation value). At breakfast, the fresh fruit tray was not refilled within 20 minutes after we asked. In the room, an extension cord was sticking out beside the bed - upon moving it, the lights flickered. The smoke detector had plastic wrapped around it. The TV power cord was unplugged. The fridge froze our leftovers and there was no visible way to adjust it warmer. The heater didn't stop blowing hot air even when the set temperature was reached, and it ran intermittently after turning it off. The room window was as bad as the lobby - letting in a cold draft along the floor the whole time. Jets in the Jacuzzi tub didn't work and staff didn't do anything when we told them. The complimentary Wi-Fi was very difficult to connect to (one of our phones took a few attempts, the other never connected) but this is fairly typical of hotel Wi-Fi. The vending machine and ice room had an exterior door that didn't shut properly which made the room freezing cold (and the hotel hallways unsecured). There were long, dark hairs on the white sheets. The king bed (which, at most hotels, has at least 6 pillows) only had 4 tiny pillows which offered almost no neck support. There was some water damage on the ceiling in the room that hadn't been properly patched. In the bathroom, there was black staining (likely mold) between tiles in the floor. The ceiling had 2 large batches of black mold spots. The shower door was difficult to close.
The hotel was just ok: breakfast was poor but room and service were good. The problem is security because as per my conversation with front-desk is usual that guest received room calls trying to get credit card details to commit fraud. I received a call telling me that there was problems with the reservation so they need to reconfirm details to avoid double charges.
