Ok hotel, but well overpriced for run down condition of room furniture and gym facilities. Food was either at or below average.

Very clean room and linens. Phone for calling front desk was horrible. No refrigerator in room. Hot tub is nice but is right over fence with the street on the other side, so lots of traffic noise. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

Booked the hotel for an out of town New Years wedding. large windows perfect for a view, unfortunately the only view was of large lights used to light up the building at night. Open dusty, dirty vents in bathroom. Booked the hotel due to the downstairs bar and not wanting to travel far on New Year’s Eve, shouldn’t have been surprised by the $6 Beers. Bar seemed busy and well liked by others.

Small rooms. And the water temperature was with cold or scalding. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient. Not bad for one guest. Much more and it’s cramped.

The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Very old and run down

I came into my room to find a dirty sock on the ground, making me wonder if it had even been thoroughly cleaned prior to my check-in. I later found a cockroach in my towel as I was getting out of the shower. I bought the breakfast buffet and was disappointed at the food and grossed out to find a black crusty substance around the top of the ketchup bottle. This was my first time staying here, but I do not plan to stay here again in my future trips to Tallahassee.

I didn't like having to pay for a breakfast buffet. The food was good but the trays were almost always empty running out of eggs running out of sausage

Great place to stay! We were on a college visit and the shuttle took us and picked us up!

We were in Tallahassee to move our daughter into dorm at FSU......Go Noles! First time at this hotel. It was average. Nothing great but clean, convenient and good price. Very disappointed that no fridge in the room. They cleaned room even though we put sign out not to and never left clean towels. The front desk staff very friendly and they had towels brought up immediately when asked. Bar and restaurant at hotel average.....however service was great. All in all I might stay again depending on price point at the time.

I've stayed at much, much better for less. The whole experience was awful. I won't stay there again or recommend it to my friends. Got a room, unpacked, no hot water, repacked, lugged everything to a second room, elevator door opened to an absolutely filthy carpet. Gross, gross, gross! Seventh floor needs immediate carpet cleaning!!!! No refrigerator in this room, so they brought me one. It stunk & was filthy, so I cleaned it only to find it didn't work anyway. Second room was dirty and the beds were not comfortable. Was told by the front desk staff that they would have a manager contact me. 24 hours later that never happened. This was not the Sheraton I'm familiar with!! It was more like the Twlight Zone.

Things were very good with my stay. I had one unpleasant issue when checking out. The man at the counter told me that there printer was down and he could not print my receipt. I needed this for work expenses. He then said he could email it to me. I said ok. He acted like we were done and i asked him do you have my email address on file? He then said what is it and he wrote it down. I had very little confidence i was going to get my receipt emailed to me and i was correct. I still have not seen this email.

When I got to the hotel, the desk attendant was busy taking a call from a hotel guest who was displeased with the condition of their room. I found this to be prescient, as I felt the same when we entered our room. I found a roach crawling on the floor next to where my 10 month old daughter was sitting on the carpet. The room is an odd shape, and it made it difficult for our family to maneuver.

Over all a good experience. Staff excellent. Room service terrible. All three times I used it my order had problems

Beautiful remodel to the hotel. Bar was comfortable and relaxed.

Great hotel and location. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Good breakfast and great little local spot across the street called Birds. Would def stay there again.

The staff was very friendly! The restaurant and staff were also great! The problem was my room #314. There was black mildew on the ceiling and the wall! Being a cancer survivor that was very alarming to me! Also the tv remote worked only sometime. Very frustrating!

Hotel staff was excellent. Every time I stay there, I feel like I'm at home. I will always stay here when I'm in Tally..

Beautiful view. Clean! We had a wonderful stay. Looking forward to stay again in the near future.

Nice staff. Nice hotel. Nice pool. Nice bar. Nice location.

This hotel was the absolute best value for what you receive! Please try the food at this hotel!! Not only is it incredibly reasonable, but it is SO good! Perfect hotel.

We truly appreciate you writing this feedback and apologize for the incidents you've experienced. This is definitely not our standard or typical experience at our property and will be talking to our team to make sure this does not happen again. I honestly hope that this will not deter you from using Sheraton Hotels, and will give our properties another try.
