The hotel is fine so far but the check in was ridiculous. It took exactly 1 and 15 mins to wait in line to check in The manager was left alone to check in everyone. I understand that people called off.But you need to hire more people. Everyone knows when they're checking in and you should have an expectation that there's going to be a lot of people wanting their rooms. They were completely underprepared in addition, we found out that the online self check in has been broken for months from the manager. So even individuals who checked in online could not even get their keys or access to their room.Because that system that should exist in twenty twenty five is broken!!!! I have stayed in more than a thousand hotels in my life, and this by far as the longest check in process I have ever been a part of. For brand like hilton, this is completely unacceptable. We almost missed the show we came into town for. This is not the fault of the manager who was checking us in.Who couldn't have been any nicer and apologized for the delay?This is the fault of hilton for not hiring enough people to handle a simple check in proces. Higher more staff or put in kiosks for people to check into their rooms
