My room looked and felt pretty shabby. The AC unit was LOUD(!). The plumbing was LOUD(!). Room 1017: Check it out. I was there five nights and slept terribly (but I was there for my father's funeral, so...). At any rate, check into this property, especially how it looks and feels. It's seen better days, for certain, but it could sparkle with just a bit of attention from corporate. Tallahassee deserves better.

The bed is not soft. The room smelled musty. The gym was closed due to AC being broke. The roof bar was closed both nights. We got stuck in an elevator.

Great location and friendly staff. But, property is old bathroom, ceiling had painting peeling all over. Chair in room was peeling old chair. All hallways had walls and ceiling peeling bad. Front lobby coffee area never opened for breakfast.

Free breakfast was included in the booking. However when we got the voucher and ate the breakfast, they charged is 9$ on the card on file saying that it was tip which was automatically added with the free breakfast. This is a really deceptive charge as we didn't add the tip and it was a buffet so the food wasn't served by anyone. Also there was another 83$ charge they made on the credit card, which they cancelled after I called them. However, I haven't received the refund today ( 5 days after my stay) so I have to follow-up next week again.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Parking is located in the parking garage for a healthy fee. Free parking on the streets on the weekends. The overall the room was comfortable and clean.
