Come stay with us at this sweet vacation Villa literally steps from the pool outside the shaded and screened in back patio! The primary bedroom has a King bed, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. Enjoy the never crowded, secluded pool deck and grilling area. 100 MBPS Private Wifi network and 2 Roku Smart Tv's with premium cable and streaming in the bedrooms as well as a huge flat screen in the living room.

The Space:
This 1st floor condo in Surfside, has a king size bed in the master bedroom. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that convert to a full! This condo also includes free WIFI, washer/dryer, beach essentials, blender and a Keurig. Enjoy the secluded pool just steps away from the back door! It is nicely decorated with all the comforts from home! It's a quick drive to the beach (1.5 miles).

The Neighborhood:
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. The world famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes south and there are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family. Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach International Airport. For a more fun vacation, gas powered golf carts are permitted on site and there is a direct route to the beach through the neighborhood. Check out King of Carts of Surfside or A-Jax and you can get one delivered to the location! Please no electric golf carts as there are no charging points on site.

Other Things to Note:
By HOA requirement, one dedicated parking space is permitted in either the main front lot or side lots. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional vehicle.

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!
