No amenities. I stayed in a handicap room. As soon as upu sit on the toilet it squeaks and make noise. The pool wasn't working. The pillows sucks. No ironing board in the room. No telephone in the room. This place was a mess. I wont be returning there.

Small Details Matter and could really help

Upon check In found out the pool is non operable until next week due to lighting to pass inspection in the pool . This was my reason for booking with them honestly . So this was disappointing. In the facility the Sanitation stations were empty . Gym has no water - big water container is present but empty No towels or paper towels in the gym . Need a clean towel station and dirty bin for used towels . No sanitizer or wipes for cleaning up equipment between guests Shower walls had dirty streaks and short hair on the walls I assume from prior guest shaving . I did ask housekeeping to come and spray shower which they did immediately with bleach . Breakfast drink station nozzle uncovered all day - should be covered with cling wrap or protective covering between breakfast service poses contamination hazard being open all day and unsupervised. Room was nice no major complaints - tv was on when we opened the door for the first time / checked in . - that was a bit questionable . We did have an issue with coming back and the room smelled of HEAVY smoke after we’d been gone all day . Our room was promptly changed which I appreciated that customer service response . Over all I think the place could really be a gem in Sumter if attention was paid to small details .

This hotel was HORRIBLE! The carpets are dingy, the walls and carpets are filthy and the bathroom was atrocious. The windows had an overcast film. You can barely see the outdoors. The blanket smelled musty! There was no hot water and my family and I had to use another room"s bathroom. Do not stay at this hotel.

The sheets on the bed had brown stains on them. You can imagine what it was. Mold was growing in the shower, Paint peeling off of the bathroom pocket door. Was moved to another room and the a/c barely blew any cool air, hair dryer didn't work, the security latch was about to fall off, every time the refrigerator cycled on and off it would knock 3 to 4 times and it sounded like someone was knocking at the door all night. Pretty much a bad stay.

Memorial Weekend

It was a ok stay. The bedding was clean, the pillows were stained so we didn’t sleep on them. The toilet seat was too small and I was there for four days and my room didn’t get clean. They have a three or more clean day rule, but I didn’t see anyone. They did leave clean wash clothes and towels. It was a great location for my event though so I guess that was something.

Nice for a few nights

This hotel is in a great location close to lots of places to eat and shop. The facility itself is nice and clean and the employees were polite during check in. My room was pretty much clean except the toilet in my room. The toilet was visibly dirty, which I handled myself as it was very late when I arrived to my room. Other than that, the hotel is nice and comfortable for a few nights stay. They offered a small breakfast of waffles, sausage, eggs, etc. which was also a plus! I would stay here again in the future.
