Very outdated and not very clean. The carpet in the hallway was so loose the luggage would not roll.

The furniture, could have been cleaner. The remote to the TV, felt dirty (sticky).

Room furniture was a little rough. Vending machines were empty. No microwave.

Pros: - The location to the stadium. We were able to walk to the hockey game. - Staff were very friendly - Restaurant had a breakfast buffet with delicious food Cons: - Hotel was so outdated - Carpet in hallways was a tripping hazard - Toilet ran all night long and handle on toilet was broken making it difficult to flush - Stain on bedding - Bathtub faucet was partially detached from wall and when taking a shower water came out of shower head and lower faucet simultaneously

The room was spacious and nice. No issues and check in was quick. There is a decent pool on the upper level with a patio that overlooks the city. However, the rest of the hotel is completely run down. Carpeting is stained and coming off of the floor in the hallways. The same chunk of weave sat in the hallway all weekend despite staff coming and going. The hot tub was boarded up. One of the elevators was not working and the other two were in very rough shape. Since this has been many hotels in the past, it appears Red Lion buys hotels that are past-due for a remodel and runs them as if nothing is wrong. It's fine to stay here, just know that this hotel needs a lot of TLC.

Potentially a very nice facility. Needs some updating/ repairs to some of the carpeting, caulk or something similar around bathtub area. Nice bed, large room, lighting was dim in rooms. Desk personnel very helpful. Good experience overall.

The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the Enterprise Center. Our room was clean, but there was a stain on the bedspread and on the carpet. When we arrived, an elevator full of people were trapped in a broken elevator and there was only one elevator working the entire time we were there, which meant that if we didn't want to wait a half-hour to get to where we were going, we had to take the stairs up and down from our 7th floor room. This would not have been that bad if the stairs were easily accessible, but we had to walk outside of the hotel, walk up the ramp of the parking garage and across the garage to get to the very hot and dirty staircase. If I had to attend an event at Enterprise, I would stay there again, I would be prepared for many imperfections!

At the time of my stay 1 out of the 6 elevators was working, but it was manageable... Employees were helpful and curtious...

Evening manager was professional and responsive to our requests around broken ice machines

This hotel is in a large building, part of which is vacant. It is directly across the street from a large bus stop. Many people stand outside the hotel at all hours of the day and night. I did not feel safe there. The parking garage was also dark and creepy and an added expense of $25/night. We will not be staying there again.

The staff, were great. They were friendly, courteous, and patient

Location: just @ the Civic subway station is a plus; service - minimalistic

It was fairly dilapidated and unclean. Carpets were dirty and/or worn out, room phone was old and dead (broken), toilet doesn't stop, etc. On the plus side, the staff was nice and friendly.

A tired, neglected, poorly-maintained property. A one-handle faucet so loose two hands were needed to use it. Maintenance "fixed" it once. Didin't help. A dust line on the carpeting along the walls. A light out above the sink. 3" of ice in the fridge. Loose, wobbly lamps. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfy, the bathroom had recently been remodeled, and the A/C worked.

The room smelled of stale smoke and the room was very dark.

From the first day to the last day we had nothing but trouble at this hotel! When we checked in they gave us a room that had a deadbolt on it as someone was inside!! Then we went to the second room and when I went to take a shower the shower head fell completely apart! Next we asked for 2 regular coffees as we both drink regular but no-one supplied that until we had to ask a second time! The chair in the desk in the room was torn in 2 places and we were too that it would be replaced1 Didn't happen! Then on the last night there were at least 4 large trash bags filled with dirty laundry in the hallway across from our room. When we checked out and repeated to that staff all of the above they only said "oh that is bad"!!! Terrible!!! Never again!!!
