My wife and I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and to the car return, so that was convenient. They also had a shuttle to the airport; that was a must. That was the only good thing about this hotel. The surrounding area doesn't feel safe, though that's not important. I was only there for the night. The room, 136 if I remember correctly was a wreck, specifically the bathroom. The faucet at the sink didn't have an aerator, so water sprayed all over the counter. I could live with that though I don't understand why it didn't have one. When I went to bed I realized my socks were wet. The next morning I discovered that the J-trap under the sink was leaking when you used the faucet! Water was going on the floor because of this. Then I saw the bug on the floor. I hoped it was a spider or an ant but it was what I feared - a cockroach. I killed it. It appears that this room has had a problem for a long time and has gone without repair. I do have to admit that the bed appeared clean and was fairly firm and the tub was clean. A better name for this hotel would be "non-Quality Inn".

This property was not as was advertizd on Orbitz, it was unclean and not safe.....we checked out and never stayed we went to another airport hotel.

Convenient location. Free wifi. Unfortunately, our room's bathroom was still dirty from the previous tenants when we arrived (actual fecal matter on the toilet seat, bowl, etc.

This property is old and run down and the majority of the people who work here aren’t very friendly with the exception of Johnny the shuttle driver. We got stranded in at louis so we just chose there but the rooms are grosse and dirty and need maitenance pretty bad. The shuttle driver in the afternoon of the next day threw my suitcase in the back of the van breaking things inside than insulted my significant other numerous times on the way to the airport. The desk clerk in the middle of the night is the worst she refused to help us and literally just glared and stared at me. Would not recommend at all

Do yourself a favour and do not stay at this property. The area is really run down. Hard to find parking due to the hotel choosing to do park and fly so you’ll be lucky if there’s a space free for guests. Loud and brightly light due to the rental car lot next door. Rooms and hallways smelled of marijuana the whole time. Towels were filthy and I even had a dried booger on one that I thankfully saw before using. Toilet took a full 30 seconds to even flush. Water damage to plaster around shower that was crumbling and bubbling. Staff were friendly but that was the only shining light. Look elsewhere!

The lady at the front desk was very nice but as soon as we walked in the room my allergies kicked in so did my buddy went outside they cleared up so it was the room the bed's were hard as a rock sheets if you could call them that were thin and we had a coffee maker no no pitcher to brew into so know not a good time

I have always found the staff to be most helpful. It is quite dated--carpet ripped,an overall feeling of sad & neglected but the price is right.Beds comfy and showers hot so all else can be overlooked.

MY DRIVER WAS SPAYED WITH LYSOL, CLERK AT THE CHECK IN, DIDNT ALLOW HIM TO CHECK IN, DUE

My husband was awaked by snoring in the middle of the night and there was a man outside our door passed out. When we left our room to catch the 5:45 am shuttle to the airport , we literally had to step over him to get out of the room!

Old hotel but convenient to airport

This honestly the first time I stayed in a hotel and was worried about cleanliness. I have to sleep in a bed I am uncertain of (thank goodness I didn't get bedbugs or anything). My ice bucket lid wasn't clean. They may seem small but I didn't feel at home like any other hotel I've stayed in.

Not super impressed - one bed didn’t have a comforter (just a sheet), pink stains on pillow cases, hot hot hot in the halls, random stains on the walls, non-smoking room still smelled like smoke.
