Bad bed made me sore and tired. Staff was helpful but some facilities too broken or delapidated.

Friendly housekeepers, very dedicated as well as the receptionist girl,

24hour shuttle. Close to airport. Nice breakfast at close restaurant.

Room was fine. Furniture was broken... really disappointed

Nasty smell. Dirty bathroom, sticky carpet, staff need training

Excellent for an overnight before an early flight. The staff was generous and efficient. The airport shuttle was prompt and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.

good experience...great staff...coffee in the rooms and in the lobby.

Easy for car rental and return. Could use a little touch up, but clean and comfortable.

The website says parking is free and there is a free shuttle to the airport. It doesn't mention that you have to pay for long term parking. The free hot breakfast is with a voucher to the restaurant next door that doesn't open until 6am. So no breakfast for an early morning flight.

The front desk staff was very professional & polite. The room was clean and kept up during my stay. Thank You!

There is no elevator. If you need to get bags upstairs, they will carry it for you. Halls are carpeted , bags don't roll well, so if your room is at the other end of the hotel its a hard haul, as mine was. The room was clean, except the bathtub did not drain. They say there is breakfast between 6-8 am, but its next door and you need to get a voucher. I don't eat in restaurants. Also it was snowing. The WiFi wrecked my computer. And i couldn't get on. DO NOT USE IT. I needed to to a restore. That is the story.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel could use an update as it is a bit on the shabby side.

A friendly staff and an appealing lobby! The breakfast was fine.

Large room, comfy bed, with a desk. The free breakfast included is a real breakfast at the restaurant next door, which saved the price of a full meal each day of my stay. At comparably priced hotels in the area, "breakfast" meant a mini-sized granola bar. Nice staff, especially Raven, who is awesome. Yes, the rugs should be replaced, and there is a bit of a smell problem in the hallways (again, probably the rugs), but at the price point I was very pleased. Tip: you can take the (free) airport shuttle to catch the metrolink at the airport to get downtown and other places in St. Louis.

This hotel has very limited. Sheets did not appear to be clean in either room. Only good thing was that it's close to the airport and we were there for only a few hours of sleep before out early morning flight.

My flight was1 and half hours delayed, So by the time I landed in St Louis my car rental was closed. So the shuttle driver took me too get dinner. He was life savior. Plus the front desk lady was extremely helpful and friendly. Loved everything.

Good clean facility super close to the St. Louis International airport with inexpensive long-term parking on site. Friendly courteous staff and a careful courteous shuttle driver who gets you to the terminal on time for early morning departures. Only complaint is a balky computer system at the front desk that could not print out my parking receipt upon departure and could not recover my parking receipt upon return a week later.

No breakfast? Main draw was the airport shuttle combined with price.

It's very hard to find a parking spot. The breakfast was the most disappointing. We got vouchers to the Golden Pancake Restaurant for breakfast. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we were seated, but no waitress came again. Waited for another 15 minutes before the waitress came to collect the vouchers. When we finally got our plates another 15 minutes, we were disappointed that the so called hash brown were actually cold, rotten, and soggy potato dices. They are just boiled potato dices cooked in a frying pan. The hash brown were stale, stinky and rotten. Also the scrambled eggs were cold and tasted terrible. You have to pay 99 cents to get another cup of orange juice. The cup is the smallest size I have ever seen. It is the dirtiest and ugliest plastic cup. Waitress' service was cold and unfriendly.

Nice free shuttle to and from airport with friendly drivers and staff...but its far from downtown-
