Loved the location!!!! Just bring good walking shoes. Staff is nice the rooms were a little dated but not a deal breaker it is a historic area. CVS is close by and Parker’s market so you can stock up on drinks and limit the the cost of spending. We Uber to the Airport and outlets everyone was super nice. The location was the star highlight!!

Mostly great!

A great location - close to so many sites, restaurants, bars. Beautiful hotel. Great pool! Nice restaurant on site as well as a comfortable bar! However, every day at the pool there were no towels. I called twice and after 1 1/2 hours a very nice front desk person brought them herself. My only actual complaint was as we were leaving this morning, the front desk person couldn’t even look up from his phone to say goodbye, hope you had a good visit, hope you come back again, thank you for staying with us. As a last impression, sometimes that is the “lasting” impression. The system was down so he couldn’t give us a bill/receipt but there was no “I will email as soon as I can”, etc. just nothing. But overall, I would recommend this hotel. But people skills are paramount in this business where people have so many choices of where to stay.

The staff was very friendly at the hotel. Valet was attentive and Becky at the help desk was very knowledgeable . The public areas, the pool (to include the pool bar) were very nice. The rooms could use some updating. The latch on our balcony door was broken. The room was a let down in terms of cleanliness. Otherwise, nice stay.
