Housekeeping very noisy every morning behind the door, no safe in the room, view was a construction site, entrance of the hotel not easily accessible. The bed is very uncomfortable.

My room didn’t have area . I literally was sweating , although they did bring me a box fan, I was not pleased with my stay.

Good Location for downtown activities..

Easy access to downtown and river street area...great view is the sunrise.

No free wifi seems pretty historic, I guess fitting for an old town like Savannah.

Convenient location, updated, friendly staff. Expensive parking $35 per night and continental breakfast $30 per person easily adds $100 per night to your stay. Would prefer to stay somewhere else next time.

We absolutely enjoyed the moment from check in to check out. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had one issue with our toilet and they immediately sent maintenance up to fix. Couldn’t recommend more!

A/C had controls but didnt really change the temperature. Upcharge everything... Costs that were not advertised as I booked. $35 a day for parking? $15 a day for wifi? Addons added $100 to the room. I could have used that to book the newer nicer place closer to river street. Highly dissatisfied

Heating system was incredibly noisy. Tub had black mold on grout. Bathroom floor was dirty. Told the front desk but he did not seem terribly concerned. Only one option for morning coffee at $5/cup.

Bar and outdoor firepits close down too early. 11pm(?)

Room with view of water, watched the acivity from the room. Was great.

Great property but needs free internet if Im already paying this much. Also, horrible smell outside like sewer. Awesome stay other than that
