Randy rodriguez the concierge was EXCELLENT. Reign at front desk was very sweet. Now they do not have 24 hour room service. And calling the front desk and in room dining was a problem. No one ever answered. Also we were left waiting for over an hour for car service and the hotel never responded to our call to update us.

Loved the warmth of the employees of the hotel. They were absolutely wonderful. Mais service did not come until after 5pm on day of our stay. Green light was blinking all night long facing our bed and disturbed my sleep. Other than those glitches, the stay was excellent and the restaurant food was excellent as well.

Exceptional hospitality. Warm and professuonal. Rooms have great charm, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, and I really appreciated all the lighting options WITH dimmers. There was a septic smell that caused a need to change rooms. Second room was better until after I took a shower. Then it was there - a septic, musty, mildew smell. For that reason I wouldn't stay again but it did not completely ruin my otherwise positive experience.
