The managing company reached out early and was helpful and friendly. My husband and I were very comfortable in this unit and felt safe, especially with the code-locked outside gate. The parking at the back of the house made unloading convenient and we felt better not having our car parked on the street. There is some street noise at night, but we sleep with a sound machine, and it was quiet during the day. Our sweet doodle was very happy here. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed for morning coffee and breakfast fridge items. We didn't cook any meals. There are too many wonderful, pet-friendly restaurants in the area to spend time cooking! The bed and other furnishings were comfy, and the unit was exceptionally clean. An easy walk to the riverfront area and other historical areas. Savannah is beautifully decorated at Christmas! We would stay here again.

This was a great find! A truly phenomenal location- really can't beat how close this is to everything you'd want to see in Savannah - PLUS a designated parking spot is a huge bonus downtown. The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need for a quick stay, plenty of towels and toiletries. It's actually much more spacious than you'd expect from the photos, the rooms are huge! Keep in mind this is a historic property right off Liberty Street, so you will have some street noise, but for us we expected that with the location and we were not bothered by it (and the noise was not excessive in our opinion, but do note it is on a main street). The unit is very well maintained and has all the historic charm you'd want from visiting the city. Property management was also great! We had an issue loading our check in instructions on arrival, and didn't realize there are TWO check in codes you need to access the house (and so kept trying to use the gate with our house code, which of course didn't work - not management's fault, just a tech snafu). Property management was super responsive and we figured out the issue quickly, which was really helpful! And we appreciated how secure the building is, it felt very safe even late at night. There are few very reasonably priced great rentals in the downtown area, but this is one of them, we'd definitely stay again.

Great apartment; wonderful location; super clean. Close enough to walk almost everywhere with a coffee shop right next door. Only small negatives were Liberty street was very loud a couple evenings, but nothing that would prevent us from renting this apartment again, and the pictures of the chairs on the balcony looked very enticing until you figure out the view is of the parking area and a back alley…a little disappointing. These anre little things, however. Overall, an absolutely beautiful apartment. Checking in was easy and the checkout procedures were wonderfully simple. Lucky Savannah communicated very well. 10/10!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The parking spot was immediately adjacent and very convenient. The location was great. Located in the historical district, we were adjacent to so many of the beautiful attractions in Savannah. We enjoyed our strolls to Forsyth Park for daily breakfast with our pup in tow. We’d definitely recommend this location for your stay in Savannah.

I had a lovely time in Savannah at the Bird Baldwin House! It was a mother daughter trip and we wanted to stay somewhere special. My daughter’s name is savannah and she has always wanted to visit Savannah GA. The location was absolutely perfect and we walked everywhere. The apartment is exactly as described. Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. Private parking was great since we had a loaded down car and I was concerned with parking it just anywhere.

Lovely stay at Bird Baldwin House

We loved the unit we in which we stayed. It was comfortable and clean. The decor was lovely as well. The bathroom vanity is small - just a pedestal sink, but would not prevent me from coming back! Also, there is a fair amount of nighttime vehicle noise but again, this would not prevent us from returning! Walkable to a lot that Savannah has to offer!

Loved the Iconic Bird Baldwin Parlor!

Suite was beautiful, well appointed and fit our anniversary celebration perfectly. Great location, parking, trolley tours within walking distance. Everything was within walking distance of our suite and it is a pet friendly property which allowed us the convenience of being in the middle of everything.Savannah Coffee Roasters are next door with great coffee and food. Bonus: St. Patrick’s Day Parade and festivities. We would love to stay here again!
