I reserved a two king bed junior suite at this hotel and received a one king bed studio room. They would not honor my room type but still charged me the amount for the larger nicer room. They offered me additional linens but when I asked for more pillows, they said they were out. In addition, the first room they sent me to was already occupied and it was 1AM in the morning. I entered the room, shut the door and heard someone say 'excuse me'. There were people already in the room asleep, I'm lucky I wasn't assaulted. When I went to the second room I was given, my keys didn't work and had to return again to the front desk. I finally entered my room to find a lump of dried something on the table. I have never had an experience like this and when I asked for a manager, there was never one available the night of check-in or at time of check-out the next morning. They just kept telling me I needed to take it up with Orbitz since I booked thru them; however, Orbitz says they can only issue a refund or partial-refund if the hotel agrees and they won't. There is no accountability in this situation because they both are blaming the other party. Obviously, if Orbitz is not willing to hold the hotel responsible for the room that I reserved and paid for, then there is no recourse. I will not book hotels through Orbitz again. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I stay at Hilton hotels all the time. Very disappointed in both parties.

Maybe I should have looked deeper into the site, I thought breakfast was free but it was $13

We stayed in the Doubletree Hotel the night prior to traveling home from our vacation. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was much larger than expected and in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Conveniently spot on a road trip north. Room was clean & lots of room

My daughter and I stayed at the Double Tree for our weekend girls getaway to Savannah. We loved that the pool was 24 hours and it was very clean. The fitness room was nice, but a little maintenance was needed for the exercise equipment. The food from the restaurant was awesome and the staff there was great. The front desk staff were informative and polite.

First visit to Doubletree. I will be a regular customer. Room was far better than other chains

Great front desk, Mr. Clerance. Nice stylish looking place surrounded by every possible hotel chain. Good Value and location for Savannah without staying downtown. Plenty of parking and full size room. Great location if you are traveling north or south, less than half mile from I 95.

Pleasantly surprises by this hotel. Rooms was simply excellent: large, two great bless, nice sofa and seat, a fridge and a microwave. Modern, stylish look. It's an airport hotel but Savannah's historic district is only twenty minutes away. The one negative is the smell of chloride - emanating from the pool - in the fitness center; but then that's so easy to correct that I'm confident that will be done .

Clean and comfy but way overpriced. The pool was nice. Food was cold and expensive.

Great hotel, loved it! Everything was wonderful the bed was comfortable as well.

Stayed for just a night, wanted something close to the airport. A little expensive for nothing too special or over the top. Very clean and comfortable. The only negative was that my room was right above the courtyard and pool, and was very noisy. The front desk staff was prompt in reducing the noise. I will note for future reference to ask for a room away from a 24-hour pool!

Excellent, clean, staff friendly, and helpful, convenient to airport.

Lovely laid-back hotel with a roomy suite! We stayed on the third floor reserved for Hilton Honors members. The room was very clean, comfortable, and classy with a separate sofabed area, two plasma t.v.'s, desk/chair, extra large chair, and plenty of toiletries. It was a very enjoyable experience!! We look forward to staying there again.

The staff wasextremely nice. The rooms were nice but you could hear talking in the rooms next door and people walking around upstairs. The second day we decided to hang out in the room for a while and the cleaning service individual ask when we would be leaving. When we came back our room was not cleaned and our key would not work. When we went to the desk they explained that they only keyed our key for one night although we had paid for 2 nights and when we told them about the unclean room there was no response such as I am sorry we will get someone up there or the night is on us. Will I go back probably not.

Great location, clean and excellent hotel will go back

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times I really enjoyed my stay. There were not problems with check in. The rooms were very modern looking and comfortable. Everything was fine. I didn't use any of the ammenities but the inside pool/ hot tub looked to be nice. The staff were very pleasant. Great hotel and I would definately stay again.

great location, clean and comfortable, but breakfast cost was not the greatest value at $9.50 when other chains offer same for free.

Really don't know why this isn't a five * rated hotel it was everything I could have asked for, thanks to all involved..!

I've never stayed at Cambria suites and I will definitely stay there again. It was comfortable, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated as well. The amenities were great as well.

This hotel was very nice! We really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathroom was very nice. We liked the design of the room. It allowed for someone to watch TV in the sitting area while someone may be sleep because of the wall that separated the two areas. This was unique and a plus! My husband and I would definately stay again. I picked the hotel, and when he got there he loved it.
