The stay was just okay. The room was cramped and one of the beds was sunken in two spots making it quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was not appetizing to any of us and my kids will eat almost anything. That said, the location is great we’d probably stay again but bring our own breakfast or get it elsewhere.

During my stay, I encountered several issues: there was a dent and hole in the bed, and no curtains in the bathroom, causing water to splash everywhere. I reported these issues to the front desk, but they stated they couldn't do anything as no employees were available, and no other rooms were available. I requested a cancellation, but they informed me that I needed to contact Expedia. However, it was outside Expedia's working hours at that time. Consequently, I had to stay at the hotel for the entire night. The next day, me and Expedia tried to request a cancellation from the hotel, but they refuse to provide a refund. PS room 101

The Staybridge is a great place to stay in Savannah because you are able to walk to pretty much everything. The only downside we had was that our room was on the side of Bay St. and it was loud a times from people and cars going by. Breakfast is good, with warm options.

I am most impressed by the people there who are kind and friendly. Suzette who served the breakfast and lobby areas was genuinely nice and caring. She made Mu mornings nice! Tina at the front desk was sweet and warm. The gentleman checked us in was also helpful and accommodating our needs and request. We are very appreciative and happy for our choice of the stay.

Rubbery and Soggy Food

Nothing worse for breakfast than pre-cooked, frozen, and microwaved before serving rubbery omelets and waffles, so we ate breakfast out the remainder of our stay, which was not what we planned. The evening reception was just as bad with soggy flan served with spinach dip, but if you like wine served with pigs-in-a-blanket then maybe you won't mind the taste of the food.
