Room was clean and beds were comfortable - sheets like butter! No Netflix or anything on TV - just cable and HBO but if you’re exploring the city you don’t need it. Breakfast options were okay. Typical waffle, sausage, eggs, cereal. Sausage was really good.

The hotel needs some renovations and some deep cleaning in the rooms. Carpet, LVT flooring and furniture in the lobby need to be repaired and cleaned. The front desk staff was awesome! Teresa is a jewel! Breakfast food was undercooked and too much water was added to waffle batter. Bar music was way too loud and the bartender needs to dress appropriately for an upscale hotel. We enjoyed being close to River Street and all the offerings of the historical area.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. We had a kitchenette with double beds. The staff were very friendly and made our stay even more special. I have never been to a hotel that had a complementary social hour. The appetizers were very good, I could have made a meal off of them for sure.

Loved this hotel. It was in an excellent spot to walk to River Road. The bed and pillows were soooo comfy. Staff was always friendly and cheery. Our room had a small kitchen with everything you need. Free parking was right behind the building. Very save area

The room had strong smell of bleach when we first checked in. Bathtub looked dirty. Housekeeping skipped our room 1 day and the mattress had a sunk in place on one side. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning.

This is a great option if you are wanting close proximity to River Street. There is plenty of restaurants and shops. This property does not have a pool or restaurant on site, they do have a bar on the property. I liked the managers reception on the week days starting at 5:30 pm until 7 pm. Which is free with your stay. There is parking available for a price. We enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located...staff was friendly and helpful answering many of my questions as this was my first time visiting Savannah. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, quiet except for a fire alarm and was NOT notified that it was in error and I was very upset for quit a while. At 70 I didn't need that ....especially with high blood pressure.

This place was ok. But it could use a refresh. Chairs in the dinning/lobby area where dirty. Lobby was well used and could use a refresh. Bath tub looked dirty, but I think that it was just old.

Theresa at the front desk was the best! In the morning the hotel was out of some basic items like butter and juice in the bfast bar- But the staff made up for it by explaining and offering other options. When the staff is this nice some things just don’t matter!

My room was on the mezzanine level and was very noisy and bright with all the hall lights shining into my room. Overall the hotel is tired but still comfortable enough. Location of the hotel is very good within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions.
