The hotel was right on River Street. Great location and accessible to everything. Market only a couple blocks away.

Overall our stay was good, can't beat the location right on River St. My one complaint is the cost for parking. 38 dollars a night to park on property. I feel customers should be made aware of this additional fee before completing a reservation.

Parking is difficult, unless you want to pay $40 tips to a sub company that uses the hotels parking structure for Valet only. We parked in a public lot for $16 a day, but it was raining and got wet when we arrived and departed.

A little outdated and poor cleaning. The bathroom had mold under the sink and tub.

Beautiful hotel, great location and very clean. The draw back was having to park several blocks away from hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times with no complaints. This time however was different, when We walked in there was dead roaches on the table and in the floor, along with the hallway. The room was not freshly clean like it usually is, very dusty. We got locked out twice due to the batteries going dead in the door. The price didnt include parking like the last time. $38 a night, which is standard there just thought it was in the fees. I was disappointed by this stay unlike the previous ones.

Beautiful hotel and they gave us a room with an amazing water view!

Everything was great, room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is big and beautiful. Right on River stre

Don't stay here! Horrible. Valet was a joke waited 15 plus minutes for my vehicle only to find noone at the desk and a pile of keys sitting in the open window. Had to get my own 2xs. He start3d driving off with my suburban while i was in the truck. Hotel was filthy and to top it off the charged me several times for my rooms for the same stay claiming it was an honest mistake. Never again.

Everything was perfect. Clean and friendly staff. We will stay there again.

The facilites were clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive. I was not happy with the lack of available facilities, though: I had hoped to have the included continental breakfast, but it was not available. The Starbucks location was small, and was pretty much overrun by a contingent of teenagers, who overwhelmed the one cashier and one barista. I gave upon ordering a tall latte once the teens whined to have their banana bread heated. When our car arrived from the valet 20 mins later, they were still in charge of the cafe. With that said, the facilities and hotel staff were terrific. I probably won't stay again, only because I would rather be at a place outside of the busy downtown area, but if you want to be in the middles of everything, this is your place!

Very nice hotel. Outstanding location. However, it feel short in regards to what I expect from a Hyatt. Very limited services. This was all blamed on the Covid 19 response.

Check in was not the easiest had to wait in line twice for a room to be available. Could not get towels or coffee from floor attendants had to call front desk for items.

The building, location and rooms were excellent. The service was absolutely horrible. We had a check-in time of 4 p.m., we hot there at exactly that time. It was two hours before we could actually go to hour room. They aren't cleaning the rooms because of COVID-19, which I guess i understand, but they don't even bring basic necessities like toilet tissue. While leaving i was trying to get a luggage cart to carry everything down. When i asked about one at the front desk I was told to go walk the floors of the hotel, fond one and steal it.
