Great location. Building could use some tlc. But nothing bad about the place. Enjoyed my stay.

apart from the guy at the valley, horrible experience overall in terms of customer service PLUS GOT A ROOM AT THE VER END OF EVERYTHING WITH A VIEW TO THE GARBAGE DUMP. This is how to greet a guest for that guest to NEVER come back.

Clean, friendly, and perfect. Loved that we heard ZERO room to room noise and could actually sleep. The front desk staff (specifically Mr. Rodney) is priceless. What an invaluable personable man he is for this hotel. He told us exactly where to go and not go as far as certain things to see and places to eat. He gave us the local scoop and truly appreciated his generosity of spirit and recommendations. Would definitely stay here again for sure. Hopefully, Mr. Rodney will still be there to greet us!

This is a lovely hotel with a lot of character and design savvy. The location is lovely. It's at the edge of the Old Town riverfront, but more related to the beautiful architecture of the Old Town streets. It's easy to stroll from here through the garden squares or down to the riverfront shops.

Main bedroom was clean. Bathroom needed more attention to detail- corners and behind the door had hair and dust.

The staff definitely met the Kimpton standards! Forest Gump was the concierge which I thought was awesome! The facilities however were not up to normal Kimpton standards. The room was a little dusty and the furnishings were not as nice as the past Kimptons I stayed in. I was really disappointed because I love the Kimpton brand and wanted to my husband to experience it also but it felt like staying at a normal mid tier hotel versus that luxury stay feeling that I love.

The property is not how the pictures are hyped . Valet parking is pricey , I was told their was self park, and there wasn’t.

Rodney, who checked me in, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Great guy. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Although we reserve our rooms very early within our intended stay (date), upon arrival, our room was not ready at 4pm due to the internet being inoperable. We didn't get checked in until 8pm. At that time, we were told that I room had been overbooked and not available to us. The room was not what we booked. We were promised to change rooms to the one we reserved but that didn't materialize for both of us. One room was finally available after much fanfare. The rooms were not sufficiently cleaned, didn't have a clock, which is a staple for any hotel room, and our rooms were cleaned three days after jour arrival!!!!! The front desk staffers, Rodney and Frederick were extremely pleasant, accommodating, and knew our situation in and out and was able to really trouble shoot and attend to our needs. I give them High Praise for catering to our needs, questions, and providing recommendations. Great Job guys!!!!! The concierge, Becky was also very accommodating and knowledgable. She also was extremely helpful and engaging. The parking manager, and attendants were also very accommodating and knew my car. They brought it promptly without incident. The hotel must do a better job at the cleanliness and amenities that were supposed to be available.

Loved the location, and the staff. Especially Becky who was full of information on what to do on our short visit. We were disappointed with the facility overall, the hotel seems to be in need of some upgrading. The shower head had no pressure.

Very old hotel,

Location was great & boutique size of hotel was nice. I was disappointed that the restaurant, Pacci’s was closed on a Monday, my only night there.

The courtyard, lobby, and pool area were really cool. Most of the staff were very nice, but the guy who checked us in wasn't particularly helpful and some other staff were not very nice.

Wonderful staff! Super helpful and the hotel felt like a chic historic bed and breakfast.
