The staff was courteous, and the location is very good for exploring downtown. Parking is a drag: either $40/night for valet or you have to park offsite. The included breakfast is fairly standard, but clean. Three waffle makers = big plus. We stayed in 406. The bathroom door was very difficult to slide, as if it’s off track or damaged. Room is very small, and squeezing 4 or more in there will be tricky. We only heard our neighbors and their crying baby once or twice. I would recommend for a couple visiting downtown Savannah but probably not for a family or group of 4+
