Arrived to the hotel to be met by the lady checking us in had a bad attitude. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable and the room set up was bazzare and the rolling doors on both parts of the bathroom wouldn't stay closed but would roll back. Not to mention the bed faced the bathrooms, it was right in front.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel and room clean. Hot tub wasn't hot the 1st night but they fixed it immediately. Soap rack in shower broke and very old. Breakfast was well stocked and staff always greeted us with smiles.

Nice room. Very clean. Nice amenities and close to all activities

Would not consider the room a "suite" it was somewhat small and nothing about it made it a suite. Also housekeeping did not come once in our 2 night stay.

Had to wait 20 minutes for my room to be ready but I got a 20% discount.

Comfortable, but strange bathroom layout. Toilet and tiny sink with NO counter space separate from main shower and sink. Terrible dim lighting for makeup and shaving. Awful coffee in room; even double strength it was awful.

Nice hotel. Good location. Just wish my room was a little cleaner. Overall my room was pretty clean, but the desk wasn't and the desk chair was full of a sticky substance that I had to clean for us to be able to use it.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out it was supposed to be a suite. What we got was a handicap room with just the queen beds. Wasn't thrilled with the white walls it was to sterile looking for my taste. When we called down to the front desk we were told they would find a room like what was reserved but to stay in the current room until they called. we waited an hour and then left never heard from anyone saw the woman who checked us in leaving. If my stay had been for more than one night I would have changed hotels. Not what I expected from a Marriott. I have stayed in the springhill suites before in Arizona and it was roomy and lovely this was not.

Nice hotel located in the heart of the Savannah downtown district.

The Hotel was great, and the location is awesome and you can walk to everything in the City. The hotel is really close to Broughton st, lots of bars and restaurants. The room was great and apparently newly renovated, which the staff told us about 4-5 times over 2 days. The only thing I did not like which more applies to business travelers is the TV, they place it in between the half wall of the sitting area and the bedroom area and they are clearly trying to cut costs by having only one TV but please make the TV turn more to either side or think of something else and this TV setup is becoming common place in Marriotts. Please rethink your setup. Again, this is a very minor detail which more or less took up most of my review. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good room at a decent rate. It was exactly what I expected no more no less.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in your beautiful City and staying in your hotel made it even better. The location was perfect and everyone we dealt with was so helpful and friendly.

We have a great experience with this hotel. The cost was a bit high, but the room was clean and comfortable.

Great location. Friendly staff. Restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Room was clean, however, the water pressure in the shower was really low and only one of two elevators worked was there was a long wait. Continental breakfast was decent. 90 minute trolley tours are awesome. Take the time to go to the shops on River Street and Wet Willies.

We loved the hotel, it was a good location close enough to walk to River Street and right next to the City Market. The staff all seemed to really enjoy their jobs and were extremely friendly and helpful. The rate was a very good rate for the location and quality of the hotel, only downside I would say would be the price of overnight parking at the hotel $20 per night. Since the hotel wasn't directly on Rivee Street and there was free steet parking on weekends it seemed a little steep and makes the total value of the hotel not quite as good, but still good. Overall we really enjoyed it and will probably stay here again on future trips, but probably not park there.

wonderful city to visit walking distance from this hotel, where staff was amazing.

Great location! Very close to everything. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was wonderful! The kids loved the waffles!

Great location.. Cleanliness was below average for the money asked for.. Mattress in pullout bed needs to be replaced, had what looked like blood stains. Carpet needed to be shampooed.. Lamp shades needed to be replaced dust was caked on.. Bed skirts needed to be replaced stained.. Light fixtures first floor needed to be cleaned dead bugs in light fixtures..

Stopped in Savannah for the evening. Booked this room because of it's location to all the activity and past experiences with Springhill Suites on family trips. Room met our expectations. Good value for the size and location. Staff was extremely helpful in sharing their favorite spots downtown. Walked to dinner at one of the recommended spots...very pleased.

It was a great place to stay and would recommend it especially to the family and friends of military graduates of bootcamp. It was a short distance from Parris Island. The staff was very nice from the moment we valet our car to the time we checked out.Thank you to the staff.
