On the last day of my stay, I didn't like the fact that you had to wear gloves and masks when trying to eat breakfast. I was going to give this place a 5 star rating until this happened. Maybe you all can learn from your mistakes.

Property was close to everything and very nice. Only knock I would give it is that the pool was dirty and the water was pretty gross with stuff such as band aids and hair balls floating in it. The pool area had left over floats and toys that guest left all over and the staff did not play close it up. Never saw it cleaned the two days we were there.

parking was too expensive, the young lady at the counter when I checked out wanted to swipe my card for incidentals, which I felt was unusual. We were out late the night before and planned on sleeping in late until we checked out but I got a called from the front desk to come and provide a credit card for incidentals> I advised the caller that we were going to checking out in a few hours. Then house keeping knocked on our door and we told her we were going to checking out at 12 but she came back before 12 and knocked on the door again, so we decided to go ahead and check out and drive home because we weren't able to sleep in.

We overall enjoyed our stay here.

We loved the central location and the breakfast was good! You are within walking distance to everything but it is nice and quiet when you’re ready to rest. No housekeeping service but I think that seems to be a lot of hotels we’ve been to recently. Oh and I was thankful that there weren’t any ghosts haha because in Savannah it seems everything is haunted! So if you’re like me and prefer not to be haunted at night, this hotel is a good spot for you!

Great location we could walk everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, an easy walk to historic city. Staff was excellent, concierge readily available and valet parking staff in particular were glad to help.

Good location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, not perfectly clean.

It was close to everything, room was clean, bed was comfy, and was a good price.

Good location, rooms was decent. Bathroom sink needs some work.

Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, room and building were immaculate.

I loved the central location to the historic sites, restaurants and shopping. Rooms were lovely, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, complementary breakfasts were on pointe.

Room was odd shaped and outdated, pull out sofa was really old- pricy place for how odd the room was

This is a nice hotel with convenient access to the interstate that enters Savannah. It is within easy walking distance of shopping and dining. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. True southern hospitality.

Excellent! Just the parking options were too limited.
