Location was perfect. However the room looks absolutely nothing like it does online. The room was extremely small and two people could not pass each other in the room at the same time in front of the bed because there was not enough space. Also, valet parking cost the most at the hotel out of any hotel downtown. $30 a day according to the young man working valet. The bar area played great music and the inside of the hotel is very modern. The staff should also let you know how much of a hold they are putting on your credit card before putting it on there, I was shocked by the $200 hold that was put on my card, that's the highest out of every hotel I've ever stayed in.

The hotel is so centrally located you can walk to everything. The trolley and free DOT bus stopped right outside the door. City Market and the river were visible from the front and side of the hotel. Staff could not be more gracious and accommodating. We arrived well before check in time but Tiarra got us in to our room right away. The weather was unbearably hot and humid (as it should be in August) but the hotel was cool and comfortable with a pool that offered much relief. In the lobby, they had cold fruit/water and cookies all day, along with coffee, tea, bottled water and granola bars. Our room was lovely. The bed very comfortable with a spacious, clean bathroom which included a beautiful stand alone tub and modern shower. A/C was a little noisy but you got used to it. We never got to eat in the restaurant but it was always busy and the bar very nice. The city has so many great restaurants it was impossible to hit them all but you need to eat at The Olde Pink House on the expensive, sophisticated side and then Leopold's for the best ice cream ever and inexpensive sandwiches. All within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Blew into town late, got a great upgrade by a friendly staff. Slept great every night, parked in public lot and did a few ghost tours. The best part was the staff leaves free snacks and water and the building is close to everything!

The hotel was so conveniently located to downtown and riverfront. The staff was very hospitable and professional. The breakfast brunch was delicious. However, cocktails were a little weak. Your concierges were very helpful and diligent. The art was beautiful and it was nice to speak with the local artists. I loved this hotel and would stay here again and recommend to my friends.

This hotel was wonderful. The boutique atmosphere is fun and elegant, but the location also makes it very practical and safe. There are complimentary snacks and nonalcoholic drinks, the pool area is lovely, and everything is very clean. The staff were so friendly and happy to help. I can't recommend this property enough!

The hotel is very modern and inviting. The experience was great.

We spent one night here in June and couldn't have been more pleased. The location is close to everything and the service is impeccable. Check in was quick and easy with a free welcome cocktail. All of the items in the minibar (except alcohol) are free and you are welcome to restock it during the day, if you wish. What a great surprise! The bedding is soft and comfortable. When I called for a blanket they were there in 2 minutes. The concierge booked us trolley tickets and gave us recommendations for places to see and dine at. Check out was just as good - speedy and polite. I'd live here if I could!

The location of the hotel is perfect, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was very nice. Our stay was amazing!! Love the modern, artistic feel throughout the hotel. The only downside is we were woken up early one day because of a false fire alarm and we had to call and ask for toilet paper because it was not re-stocked. Other than that, our stay was wonderful.

From the moment we got to our hotel Andaz, to the moment we left, everyone & I mean everyone was helpful, polite,& kind. Couldn't have asked to be at a better hotel than this one. Great location to everything! When we go back to Savannah we will be staying at Andaz again!

Lobby is great, but restaurant, staff customer service, and rooms are mediocre.

We arrived at 12 MN on a weekend when ALL of historic Savannah was sold-out - to learn that our hotel had overbooked and had no room for us. Our original hotel couldn't find another room within 1-hr drive, due to unexpected storms that filled airport hotels and a music festival that left the city with "NO Vacancy" signs everywhere. Fortunately, Orbitz showed this one. Our stylish room was clean and nicely appointed, with a few amenities. Thanks to ANdAZ Savannah, we enjoyed a nice night's sleep. They allowed us to keep the room until 2PM the next day, which gave us an opportunity to have their very generous brunch, at which they served The Most Delicious Bacon ever!

Great experience nice getaway.. close to reliever front and cool nightlife

We stayed there for our anniversary. We strongly recommend it.

We went to Savannah for a wedding. We had stayed at the Andaz Albuquerque and it was great so we decided to stay at this Andaz. We were not disappointed. The staff was great. Above and beyond. From the complimentary wine to the offer by a staff member to get her car and drive us to the wedding, they were great. From check-in to check-out they could not have been nicer. The location of the hotel was perfect. Right near everything. We walked the city and were always close to the hotel. We had lunch on the water and were only 3 blocks from the hotel. We will look for Andaz hotels wherever we travel

Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. The room was well-decorated, comfy and quiet. Best of all, the location is central to most of what I wanted to see and do but there was no street noise:) Great hotel that I highly recommend!

Very nice stay. Only issue was parking. Only city parking available - if your unfamiliar with the area, this is an issue.

All of the staff were exceptionally warm & friendly. They were attentive to our needs and gave great information of what sites and things to do around the area.

We were greeted with a glass of wine when we checked in and received excellent customer service throughout our stay. We had booked a king bed, however when we checked in we were placed in a room with two queen beds because there were no king beds available that evening. The next day we were upgraded to a king suite and given free breakfast for the duration of our stay!

The decor was a little odd or maybe just a little too modern for me! Lol. As far as customer service and comfort it was WONDERFUL!

The Anaz Ssvannah was wonderful. The southern hospitality began with the valet checking in our car, the hotel staff was very accommodating. Our suite was beautiful and the maid service was outstanding. The pool boy was do sweet and even talked with us about who was winning at gin rummy. I highly recommend Andaz Savannah
