Very nice friendly staff

Centrally located to riverfront and historic locations / squares made this work beautifully

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, outside can be noisy at night during the weekend

The property is in perfect location downtown. Parking was a issue.

The best thing about the property is the location, you literally park your car and never worry about it again due to everything being walkable. Valet is $42 a night or literally 50 feet next door is a parking garage that is $5 a day. We opted for the self parking, at that point we had terrible customer service. They treated us terribly at check in, every customer prior to us while waiting in line, received a brief description of all amenities offered and a choice of sangria or white wine, neither of which were done for us. The shower in the room is terrible, took at least 5-10 min to warm up the water. There also is no door to the shower, so all the air from outside the shower keeps you cold while showering since the stream is similar to that of a light drizzle. The room could’ve used a more detailed clean due prior guests hair still being on towels and in shower. The bed was fairly comfortable and there is plenty of mirror room for two people to get ready. So on that note, I’d rather stay elsewhere and get better customer service. Or maybe just opt to valet so they don’t judge you for saving money and not being lazy.

The property was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel was in a great location in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do in Savannah.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Location was wonderful and service was good, but didn’t sleep either night due to incredibly loud noise outside. It’s in the party district, which tends to go until about 3:30 AM. Would not stay again.

The room was big and spacious. Breakfast was good. The only downside was that the front desk people lied about the parking garage rates. They weren’t new employees, and the parking garage didn’t change their rates the night before. They said the rate was double what it actually was in order to have us to use their valet service.

We loved the place. Few minor things were parking but it was right in the back of hotel. The pool was needs some attention. Overall great stay the staff were courteous all the time. Getting breakfast was little off but tasted great. Our room was fantastic and enjoyed complimentary water and juice. The lady who checked us in was so sweet found out we were getting married and gave us a small bottle of wine. We will stay there again.

Great location. Right in the heart of market place and a block from the river front. The staff were very professional and kind. Be prepared to pay for valet parking at $38 a day. Rooms are very small too but the hotel was great.

Great hotel in a historic location. Service and staff was beyond expectation. The concierge was helpful he recommended and booked 2 outings. A trolley and ghost tour which were both excellent.

No parking and

The service at this facility was top notch, truly amazing customer service. Everyone was top notch!
