Wonderful staff person coming off the night shift

The night staff person was excellent. We had to catch the 6:00 am shuttle and she went out of her way to put together a "to go" bag of fruit, muffins, etc. I drink tea which is terrible with hot water that has been sitting in a big container. She got me steaming water to use to seep my tea. Never have I gotten this kind of personal service at a hotel.

We would return.

We were only there for one night. However, the hotel was very convenient, near the airport and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was substantially better than in years past. The food was fresh and hot. The staff were excellent--friendly, helpful, and available.

I had to request a chair for the desk and the room telephone had to be replaced ... still only worked on speakerphone. The Hotel is nice. Bed was good. Bathroom was fine.

Booked and paid for a king room, only to be told upon arrival that king rooms were sold out!!! Not good at all! TV casting did not work. A/C unit was extremely loud. Disappointing stay. Won’t use Hotels.com again.

Our room had a couple lights/outlets that didn’t work which was hard to enjoy reading at night and we couldn’t use the blow dryer in the bathroom. Other than that the room was nice and we really liked that it was big! The staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating with anything we needed.
