Sharon at the front desk made our stay a memorable one from the moment we walked into the lobby. Her welcoming personality, excellent customer service and determination to go the extra mile is impeccable. We even had the opportunity to chat with her husband for a little bit which put the icing on the cake. The property in itself was pleasant, but having the air conditioning unit on when the guests arrive in the hotel room could add that extra ambiance to make the first impression of the hotel room a bit more positive. The inconvenience of waiting for the room to cool down and get rid of the damp, musty smell did put a bit of a damper on the first impression experience. Additionally the walls in the hotel are paper thin and does not leave room for a general conversation above a normal conversation tone. The property in itself appears to be modern, the amenities are quite nice and welcoming. The location is perfect and extremely convenient to the outlet, convenience stores, Walmart etc. All of the essentials of day-to-day life are less than a minute or two away. Overall, great hotel, great location & phenomenal evening staff.

Staff was mopping common areas during breakfast rush blocking access to bathrooms and wet floors everywhere, best do it once breakfast closed. Key didn’t work in multiple areas. No water available except a water fountain. Breakfast was pretty limited and only one coffee maker was working. Overall just okay.
