We almost always stay at this hotel when we go to Savannah. The room is always nice and so is staff.

rude front desk person, I asked for a receipt and it was a big hassle. Also no thank you or smiles. it was a lady working on 4/27 around 8am, it was not the manager lady, she was nice and friendly.

Second stay at this particular hotel. Love the convenience to shopping and other locations. Bed was very comfortable!

Descent rooms, plenty of space, toilet wasn't really clean upon arrival. Breakfast was just fine. The linen was clean.

I stayed with my family at the end of February 2015. Gentle welcome, nice and clean room. Hotel under renovation, we had not big choises for breakfast served in a really small area. Anyway, I can recommend this hotel to friend. It's really close to Savannah river walking and it's cheap enough.

Overall good stay. The hotel experienced a maintenance issue that day earlier that complicated check-ins, but the staff was extremely courteous as the tried to accommodate guests during a difficult situation. While all of the the rooms I viewed on line showed a couch or a sitting chair, there were only 2 wooden straight back chairs in the room (along with the beds). If you will be spending significant time in your room, this does not provide a great comfort level. Also, toilet bowl could have been cleaner. Aside from that, the room was very clean.

It was great! Would stay again! The room was just like the pictures! The mall was close too!

We didn't pay too much $110 with tax. Just staying one night before heading to Florida. The room was nice. The bathroom had hairs on the floor and in the tub. We didn't have to breakfast it was just basic cereal, pastries, etc. location was good close to the mall and right around restaurants and not too far 95. I would probably try another hotel in the area before staying again.

Good breakfast, comfortable accommodations, and close proximity to downtown river street.

Coming from me, says, my wife, this is a huge compliment for a hotel. It was quiet (despite constructions), the staff was friendly and polite, and the pool was clean and safe. Overall pleasant experience.

This is a good place to stay if you are just passing through for a night or two. There was nothing that would make this hotel stick out. Work was being done and we had scaffolding outside our window. Not all tv channels worked but we were able to sleep comfortably.

I thought the hotel itself was OK. The pool and exercise room were not open at that time. However, the room was clean, and they had a great continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful in suggesting a tour of the city of Savannah, and the tour was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area of Savannah and suggested great things to do. Would go there again.

My sister and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express while visiting Savannah. I had previously stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland and found this one just as nice. The mattresses are excellent and the amenities are great. Free hot breakfast every morning and a pleasant helpful staff for all of our needs. Very clean and location is midway between airport and midtown Savannah.. I would definately recommend!!

The management staff is quite unfriendly and unprofessional. We had a small issue the first night we stayed and when it was brought to the manager on duty's attention, she was very rude, like we were bothering her. It took me getting nasty with her and requesting her manager to finally get her to get the problem resolved. The small issue became a big issue that made my husband and I decide to NEVER return to this hotel.

you could hear people slamming doors early in the morning and hear water running from the other rooms other than that it was great
