Pleasing experience. Terrific staff in all areas. Room good, though I'd have liked a more comfortable side chair. Food in attached restaurant was pretty good, though enabling changes to the room would be a good idea.

Enjoyed atmosphere & location. A lot to do in immediate walking area.

The hallway carpet on the 3rd floor was FILTHY. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks.

Nice property. Not directly in the main city center but quick walk to everything.

Friendly staff, great valet car service and friendly. You do have to pay extra for valet if you want it...$30 a day. But well Worth it because it’s no easy task finding parking in Savannah. So unless you wanna drive around forever or walk for awhile to your hotel it’s worth it. We had a great stay no complaints.

Upon check in staff was very busy yapping amongst themselves. When asked for extra sundries they say that they ha e to see if thy had extras. Even for pillows?

Great location for downtown activities.....................................

Bathroom had mold and was in need of up keeping. No shower cap was provided Condiments packet for coffee did not o include stirrers!!!

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bed was especially nice.

Easy access to Savannah Civic Center, however, underground garage parking is for employees only. All parking is overly-priced and most hotels don't offer much of a break on it. The daily valet service is only worthwhile if you plan to enter/exit the city ramp multiple times per day.

I wanted this place to be better for the price I paid. The staff was friendly but the rooms weren't cleaned until super late. We were sitting around in the hotel after a long day of walking around and we were bummed to see it wasn't cleaned yet. It was around 5pm once they came around. Also she said she only had decaf coffee on her cart and went to grab more regular but never came back with any. The room wasn't the cleanest. I'm not normally super picky but the back of the bathroom door had white stuff all over it and the tub had a lot of hair in it. The toilet sucked at flushing and that is even after they fixed it. When we did use the coffee pot the coffee that it made smelled like chemicals. Also the room had a damp feeling about it. Now the property is in a great location and a nice building. They have a restaurant and bar kind of. It looks like a lobby and the bar is barely stocked. On top of that you can't charge it to your room. I received an email about a discount for the food because I am Platinum member but they never heard of the discount. Also they have valet parking for $30 a night!! That's so expensive compared to self parking prices. The first night we had to use them because the garage was full from graduation at the time and we just didn't want to worry about it but the next two days and nights we used the garage and for those two days it cost only $17 at the garage! The garage is literally right across the street.

We liked the location. We did not likeing the terrible bed and pillows. the king size bed was so old that I tossed ll night in a whole. The pillows so cheaply made and uncomfortable... We had a bad night as a result. No breakfast included, Parking was $30 really? We would only pay those fees in Europe, Paris, London, but in Savannah. On top of the above issues, they retained $50 off our credit card.. This is illegal because they charge you for nothing, even though they say they return it back, no receipt, so that we have no way to claim the $50 if they charge you and they do not return that money ( they say it takes up to almost a month to have your $50 dollars back) We will not stay at that hotel again.

We needed a room for a single night. This hotel was offered at a great rate in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Parking was a bit steep and if you arrive past 10 pm, valet is your only option. Will definitely consider this hotel again in the future and would consider other TRYP hotels if presented with the opportunity.

Nothing unique other inns and hotels at least give breakfast for the price

Pros: walking distance to most popular attractions. the staff was nice. the property was clean and well-kept. Cons: no restaurant on premises. lighting in bathroom was horrible. I was unable to shave all week. they did not provide any drinking water or snacks in the room. the bar was weak and they do not allow you to charge your tab to your room.
