The stay was not very pleasant. The hallway on the second floor had a strong mildew odor that carried into the room. The amenities were not up to par and several were either out of order or not as described on the website. Additionally, the hotel restaurant’s kitchen was closed despite posted hours indicating it would be open until 10:00 p.m. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

The parking fee was high over $45 a night, there was an additional fee charged for occupancy of $18, the breakfast was not free and was expensive, the rooms and common areas were not clean. The bed was ridiculously hard and I had to request a new comforter due to mine being dirty. The staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful though.

The room was beautiful. The staff was a little cold. I paid online but was charged again upon check in when I was only supposed to pay for a deposit of $75. Didn’t realize because the hostess barely spoke. I paid online for breakfast for two and when I went to get it, I had to fill out a slip for the kitchen and the hostess said they would bring it to the room. I waited 40 minutes assuming it was just really busy. When I went to check on it I was informed breakfast was over and that I was supposed to come pick it up when it was ready. They have you put the room number on the slip, I was not called or notified, or even told to come back at a certain time for it. And at this time breakfast was now closed so I did not get what I paid for. I am really disappointed in this hotel staff.
