I felt that for the price, this is not a great value, Yes it is a historic building, but they offer NO amenities (hot tub, sauna), room was adequate but nothing special. Elevators are slow, and the entire building seems to be under construction. And here is a hint: don't let your workers play loud music while they are there. Very distracting. Food was also average.

Location is great and convenient to River St. and City Market/Broughton St. The room was a nice size with a nice sitting area and a very nice sized bathroom. The cleaning staff did not seem up to the task. They were always in the hallway, yet the room never seemed really cleaned. They left a wire basket outside in the dimly lit hallway that I tripped over and cut my shin open on. The room didn’t feel like it had been vacuumed recently.

Location is fantastic, outside of building is lovely and lobby is interesting and inviting.

Nice hotel, great view, not worth the nightly price though. Parking is $35 a night so we parked in a parking garage down the street for $10 a day. Room was smaller than expected for the price, no mini fridge,

Liked the location. Did not like no refrigerator in the room and broken ice machine on the 4th floor

Location is excellent. Short walk to Riverwalk and Ellis square and the Market. I had an issue with mold odor in rooms and had to change rooms 3 times . This is the major issue in my ranking. Staff was excellent in understanding and accommodating my needs. There is a breakfast facility in the hotel where you can purchase food.

Service from valet parking, to check-in to restaurant staff were extremely slow, and often poorly trained.

All I can say about this property is that its just ok. The rooms are small there are not alot of amenities the staff is not really friendly but it is close to the river walk. Nothing special about it

We love the convenience of the Hotel Indigo. It is located in a perfect spot. The staff is so courteous.

The property is an excellent location. The room wasn't ready at 4. When they said it was ready there were still cleaning ppl doing their work in it. Only one trash can , none in bathroom. You pretty much need to valet park at 35/ night. We waited 40 min for our car. They took other ppl who weren't waiting before us. It was disorganized and chaotic. Finally had to say something then they couldn't find our keys. They need to work on service. Nice staff just not efficient.

Excellent location. Could easily walk to most of historic Savannah from the hotel. Since I was staying at the far end of the hotel, it would be nice if you could enter from the Bernard St, side of the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location central to the historic district. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were smaller than other hotels I have stayed at and did not have a refrigerator. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location in the historical district, within walking distance to a lot of attractions, shops, restaurants and the river front .Contemporary setting. Rooms are relatively small but nicely designed.I love the Aveda shampoo, hair conditioner and lotion. The WiFi is a little slow.Rooms are reasonably priced. We will be back.
