Mandatory valet parking was a huge negative. Very expensive. Parked in a garage nearby instead. Pretty nice place though. Good bar and good location if you want to be in the historic district. Great staff.

My AC in room 237 didn't work. I had to call twice to get someone up. When the maintenance man arrived close to 10p he was annoyed to assist. He fixed the AC. An hour later the AC thermostat stopped working again. I had to pack and move to 337. No ice machine worked on the 2nd or 3rd floors.

I did not have a good experience at this hotel and I wish I would have stayed at a different one in the area. The process of checking in was stressful and there were added fees that I was unaware of when I booked my stay. The front desk workers were not genuine or helpful. Any call I had to do with the staff was not helpful and customer service was rude. The room was slightly dirty and very very muggy. For the amount I paid and it being marketed as a “boutique hotel”, it was not nice. the water pressure in the shower was not good and could have been cleaned better.

When we arrived I didn't know about the Valet parking. Also no complimentary breakfast. The bed was comfortable but I did see a roach. We only stayed one night. Evidently they know about that problem.

Nice hotel bad room.

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Our room had some issues. The sink didn’t drain well, the bathroom door closed halfway and then got hung on the floor. Mold spots over the shower and behind the door. Room 307 off back elevator.

The hotel is musty and there was literally moisture on the floor throughout the room. I shuffled around the room on the hand towel. They said all the rooms are like this. I hope they fix it bc the lobby and location are nice.

This place was perfect. It was clean and spacious. (2 people- mother and daughter) greeted with welcoming staff, valet was proactive and explained how they worked. We were not hurried. Greeted in the hotel by welcome staff and given complimentary drinks at their bar. Room was expected, cozy feeling - not cozy small. It was exactly what was needed. Area around the hotel was walkable to everything - downtown, dining, shopping, walk near the River. All within a few minutes.
