Good location

Parking was a little annoying. They over valet which was $45 or they had parking garages within walking distances. Location was great. Walking distance of the Main Street. Bar was nice.

I was pleased with the location on Bay Street and the easy walk to the river for shopping and eating. The hotel staff were friendly along with the Valet parking staff.

The rooms were very unique, AC worked well, water got hot quickly and stayed hot for 3 decent showers.. bathrooms were stocked well with soaps, shampoo and conditioner, TP, towels and rooms were cleaned well! There was some mold on the ceiling above the shower, but I did not smell mold or musty scents at all (i saw other reviews mentioned this) .. the fruit enfused water at the front stayed mostly full (there were 2 occasions i saw it sat empty for an hour or so).. the starbucks coffee included in the $25 fee was nothing special, but tasted good - some honey packets, caramel/chocolate syrups, whipped cream, and/or flavored creamer options would have been ideal and really improved this ti a gourmet coffee bar.. I would have liked to see recycling in the building, as the trash cans were full of recyclable cups.. We needed the pull out couch to be set up as a bed, within 5 minutes of calling for the blankets/sheets/pillows we had someone bring all of our bed settings up! Overall it was excellent service.

The hotel and staff were great. The only disappointment was our room was by the parking garage and the valet staff hit the lock button several times on the cars and we kept hearing that late into the night and starting very early in the morning. It was super annoying. They need a few more valet staff because it was really backed up. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and clean and they provide little wooden chips for free drinks in the evening. We would stay there again in the future, but ask to stay on the opposite side of the hotel.

Valet needs improvement

The hotel was ok but the valet needs to behave professionally. One of the young men working as a valet took off with my car keys and had to wait over 45’ for him to return to the hotel with keys. This caused me to miss an appointment and for several minutes had the impression that he was driving around in my car.

Worst Anniversary trip ever!

This was an anniversary trip. The first room that we got had a beautiful view appeared clean, but smelled wet and do like mold. We were moved to another room that had no hot water the two young ladies that worked that night Melinda and Alexis B. were amazing. They moved us and upgraded us to a suite although it didn’t have hot water we did not have the mold smell. They also covered our valet parking and breakfast for the next two days. There was a tool (pliers) that was left in our room on the floor. We’re going to extend our stay till Sunday, but decided to check out on Saturday morning and find another location to complete the celebration of our anniversary.
