Smaller rooms, which we knew. Hotels do need to get back to daily room cleanings and restocking of supplies

Great location! Staff was not very friendly

Happy with the walkability to historic Savannah; big lobby; too bad the bar was closed but plenty of bars surrounding the property; very friendly and helpful staff

Excellent location that is steps from everything from the River Walk, City Market, restaurants and historic sites. The suite was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. We asked for a room that was not facing the front of the hotel and this was accommodated without a problem. We will stay here again for future trips to Savannah!

Outside of the building is the best aesthetic part of the hotel. Rooms on the tight side. Two hangers in the closet. Nothing special about furnishings. Parking ramp really tight.

Our room was very good! Great bed. Very clean. No valet parking was an issue because the Indigo parking lot was full. Front desk staff very friendly.

It's in a super great area the staff F is on point

Room very tiny, next to ice machine, elevator & street noise. Very uncomfortable night.

I was given different room than I booked, also shower in this room was broken. Ruined stay

We love this hotel we have started staying there every trip to Savannah at the holidays. It feels like a good cost value for the location and quality. The rooms are pleasant and clean. Only complaint is to stock more coffee cups and towels for two people. Beds/pillows are comfortable. The staff at the bar is awesome, we came down to the bar and bothered the bartender with conversation every night and she was more than willing to have fun with us even if we were annoying!

Old, in serious need of updating. Park accross the street at city parking for half the price. Ask for a room not facing main street as its like a freeway with huge semi trucks using it all night. Terribly noisy.

Location was central to the city market however that results in all night club noises from across the street. Hearing conversation/screaming from the street below should be warned when choosing either river or city view.

It smelled old There was a hole in the wall of my room A dirty towel left in the bathroom The vent was broken I didn’t get my deposit back

It's a nice/comfortable hotel. Our check-in process was not smooth at all (first it wasn't ready when we arrived at 7pm, then after 9pm they gave us a room key but it took us to a room that another family was already in!! When I told the front desk I was told they didn't have any other rooms but that another hotel 5 min away did. After 9pm. No way. I asked if that was really the best they could do and magically a room appeared. Everything went smooth after that), but the hotel staff tried to make it up to us by giving us a discount on the pet fee, free parking, free drink tickets, and free breakfast. I wouldn't never go back since they did try to make it up and the place was comfortable and convenient.

Awesome location great staff

Hotel was very dirty. Even the lobby was not clean. Had to have the room changed as the first one was disgusting. No dog friendly restaurant, even tho the hotel is dog friendly. Will not stay there again.

I love that it is dog friendly but no real grassy area to take my dog to the bathroom. Had to walk across bay street.

Ellen - we're so glad you're a return guest. Bothering the bartenders is part of the fun! Thanks so much.
