There should be a Keurig in every room for the price you pay, not just the suits. I felt like my money wasn't good enough, and if I wanted more, I had to pay for it. Every room should have a coffee maker. I don't want to get dressed and go to the restaurant to get it. No, I'm not having room service for coffee. Even a less expensive hotel has a coffee maker in the rooms. You will put six bottles of alcohol, but no coffee. Then the hotel maids, if you're not leaving them money every day, you won't leave towels, shampoo, conditioner...etc. I had to ask for them. I leave my tip at the end of the trip, not daily. So because I waited, my service was not good. The king-size bed was dressed in white linens and had a comfy mattress. We both slept well here. There was a nightstand on each side of the bed, with inset outlets for electronic devices. Although the desk chair was comfortable, it was surprisingly heavy, making it challenging to move. Not kid-friendly, If you like to party, it would be good. I prefer a hotel with a coffee maker of some sort. Overall, I slept very well. I just wish I had coffee in my room when I woke up.

The location is good, We liked being able to walk to the historic district along the river. The lounge is nice with a bar and live music. The room was comfortable. We had a too many problems to rate higher, but the staff did make it right. When we arrived, we got our room keys and when we entered the room, there were people already in there, apparently some mixup with the rooms. Very awkward and that’s never happened to me in any other hotel. We got assigned a new room and the key did not work. They brought up the fixed keys and gave us a credit for on property goods. We got a few drinks and it was ok. The next day we were out and asked for an hour late check out and they accommodated that, however when we got back to the room to pack up and leave, the keys didn’t work again. They comped our tab at the rooftop bar for the inconvenience. So all in all we were less disappointed in our stay, but we would not choose to stay there again.
