When we arrived at our room, we discovered it was a double bed instead of the king I paid for. I called the front desk, and the clerk told me it came through from Expedia as a double and that I needed to contact them. I called Expedia, and they confirmed it was booked as a king. They reached out to the hotel, but I was told there was nothing they could do since I had “accepted” the room — even though I didn’t realize it was a double until I walked in.
On the second night, both our toilet and a friend’s toilet (on the fourth floor) were clogged.
While I was drying my hair, the power went out, and I had to call the front desk again so they could contact engineering.
Overall, a terrible experience. I’ll never book through Expedia or stay at this hotel again.
