Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again.

A lot of time and care went into rehabbing the property and it is in excellent condition with up to date furnishings and amenities. It is a two-story with bedrooms, full bath, and stacked washer and dryer upstairs. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We had no problem finding free parking on Price Street very close to the rental. Aaron, from the property management service was great with communication; before, during, and after the stay. We would book there again, without hesitation.

Ood choice for a family with kids!!

The apartment was a great choice for us with 2 kids (4 & 22 months) location perfect. The 2 only little issues we had were: Garbage disposal wasn't working. There is a little (annoying) issue with small ants.

Fabulous!

My family and I werent here long just 2 nights passing through and let me tell you this place was amazing! It was so close to savannah center and riverwalk... took a hop on hop of trolley all day that we walked to from the place. This 2 store apartment was so cozy and felt like home. It was clean and updated with lots of books about savannah!! And a piano that we loved! The only thing I can say is a problem was I was traveling with an aunt and she is older.. after a long day walking she was excited to use the jacuzzi tub but unfortunately it did not hold water! :( but would recommend and would stay again!
