We loved the location. Service was good. Check in was very slow, but the desk team was very nice. The concierge was great with recommendations. The hotel is older and is showing wear and tear. The elevators were quite slow - the panel in one of the elevators was taped on with duct tape.

The Staff was very nice and accommodating and the location was great. The room was nice but the air conditioner didn't work, so after we had unpacked we had to move. On the 2nd day they ran out of regular coffee and only had decaf but had coffee downstairs but none for the rooms. They had a vending machine on our floor and tried to get water but it wasn't working so we went to the front desk and told them we wanted to buy some water but they only had soda's and gatorade. So late at night we had to walk 15 minutes each way to CVS

The staff were very friendly and the bed was so comfortable. However, the room was dirty! The carpet was covered in sticky stuff all around one side of the bed. The window had greasy face marks on it. We asked for the carpet to be cleaned. They cleaned just that one area- left the other spots to beer own. Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day but we had to call several times to get them to Bring fresh towels and coffee pods. The location was perfect otherwise.
