Location on East Bay was really convenient to historic squares, we used the hotel parking and walked or used the Kelly, hop-on, hop-off shuttle for transportation as parking is almost non-existent in the historic district.

Breakfast staff is no good, they stand around and do not assist. Room was dirty on first day and had weird odor throughout. Elevators do not work all the time. Hot water an issue. Breakfast could have been better, healthy options were not offered. Make sure to dine early in the area as fast food like subway sandwich have random closing times depending on their business for the day. They can close as early as 6pm which is really stupid in my opinion. Location of hotel is wonderful. Kayak Kafe is horrible.

Very convenient to everything ( river street and historical district all within walking distance). The only issue is parking. I didn’t like the part where the hotel offers valet parking for $39 per night but if you’re a self Parker you are on your own to search for a parking deck in the area. It took me close to an hour to find a parking deck near by that wasn’t full.

The hotel was quite modern and stylish, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating and the rooftop pool was the icing on the cake. Beautiful views in the day and evening. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very clean and comfortable. Microwave, Keurig and refrigerator in the room. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Excellent location. Evening staff could have been more knowledgeable and helpful, but morning staff was excellent. Overall great experience especially for the price.

Very nice, clean hotel in an excellent location. We were very pleased with the room and our experience there. Helpful concierge, and easy parking next door.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Theresa the concierge was awesome. Made all meal reservations for us. There was no valet, which was a good thing. Use the public garage next door $14.00 total for two days. After booking call the property to ensure you get the bed size you requested. We will definitely be back

Nice close to everything walking distance you don't need your car to get around.

Hotel is very centrally located in downtown Savannah with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Parking is not on the premises but is right next door and inexpensive.

My family and I visited for 3 days during the weekend of July 24th. The front desk agent was very friendly, and check in was quick and easy. We enjoyed the free breakfast options each morning. The selections really came in handy. Everything was nice just like the first time my husband and I visited a few years ago. Surprisingly our girls, 14 and 13 had no complaints. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool, as well as the sitting area. We will definitely return.

Everyone was super friendly. They are doing everything possible to make guest feel safe with the situation going on right now. Room was clean. Did have a drink at the bar and it was clean as well as tables were spaced out. Room had an amazing view. Will definitely be back.

We were still in the room when house keeping came to clean so we said come back in 30 minutes. We got back to her room that night, no one had come by. At that point we just got fresh towels which got delivered quickly. Next day same problem, we told them come back after we leave our room. My husband told the house keeper after we left it was ok to go to our room. I also told front desk before I left but they didn’t come again. Our trash wasn’t emptied those 2 days but we got fresh towels Right away when we requested.

I was able to check in early my room was spotless and was the perfect location!
