We stayed in the staybridge suites right before this and it was much nicer and newer. We booked a night here for the hot tub which was only about 95 degrees but perfect for our 3 year old since pools are freezing this time of year. Our room had a huge pink stain on the carpet and a broken outlet cover on the hallway wall. The beds were awful. When you sat on them, you sank right through the mattress and hit boards. Definitely time for an upgrade. We would have changed rooms for the bed quality but didn’t notice until late into the evening. Fine for 1 night but definitely wouldn’t stay again. Better choices in the area.

We always stay here at New Year’s, the concierge has great knowledge of the city and wonderful suggestions, pleasant staff, easy check-in, rooms are always comfortable and clean, in a busy city somehow it’s quiet inside so we sleep well, close to River Street and all of the restaurants, good breakfast in the morning, and even the small bar for some adult beverages!

First time traveling solo. Hotel staff were professional, courteous and extremely helpful for someone who had a lot of "dumb" questions. Room was spotless and free breakfast buffet every morning was delicious and had a lot of variety. I would highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely be staying there again when I visit Savannah again.

I cannot blame the hotel for this because our stay was pretty good, but valet was careless and didn’t even speak up. While valet had our rental car, someone cracked the windscreen, it’s not a small stone chip, it’s around 3-4 inches long. We drove about 5 minutes down the road when we saw it. The hotel are supposedly going to do something about it, but ironically they said they’d call us but we are still waiting, that was 2 days ago. The hotel itself was lovely.

We had a wonderful stay. Checking in was seamless, as was the valet parking. The room was spotless with plenty of clean towels. The staff, no matter what time of day or night, were friendly and professional. Whatever questions you may have, they have the answers. The concierge in the lobby handled all our excursions and reservations right there and secured discounts on most of the tickets we purchased. If it were up to me, I'd give them all a raise in pay. The location is perfect; you are within walking distance of everywhere you may want to visit while in Savannah.
