Nice, we had a room towards the city, not a river view, it was easy to hear traffic. Other customers staying here were quiet. We were here in December, it as cool temperature wise and did not realize the pool is not heated. Went to het into the hot tub and it was cold, they did not know that it was not working, and began trying to fix it.

The staff was above par, but our room had a very dirty, smeared all over chaise and before we checked out, there a tiny cockroach on the counter in our room.
This is a very dirty chaise that they didn’t even bother cleaning. Smears and watermarks all over!

The room was great, breakfast staff excellent. Room service was the WORST. No garbage pickup or fresh towels over 4 days. Got toilet paper, tissue paper and fresh towels from gym/pool area.
