Close to airport. Nice and clean and friendly staff

I arrived late in the evening as my flight plans had been rerouted to Jacksonville at the last minute. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. He seen I had my grandbaby and when I asked about finding milk so late for the baby, he kindly went to find it for me and directed me to some drinks and snacks for myself as well. The individual who helped me was exactly what anyone who has been traveling for long hours would hope to find when they arrived at their place to stay. Words can not express how grateful I am for his kindness. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity and reminding me that there are kind people with goodness in their heart! I only regret not getting his name to brag to his management.

Pleasantly surprised for the price. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

The breakfast was fine. Other than that I don’t really have anything good to say. The furnishings were older and rickety. The bathroom furnishings were old and had corrosion shining through the chrome in places. The bath light was rusty. The bathroom sink faucet had soap scum built up around the base and handles. One bed sheet had a round spot about the size of a half dollar. The air conditioner/heat controls were mostly inoperative.

Our room was nice and very convenient to the airport. 15-20 minutes to River Street. The only complaint we have (which is enough to make us never stay again unfortunately) is the light and the traffic! The light right in front of the hotel only stays green for 10 seconds or less. You never get a protected light to turn left, so if there is someone across from you, good luck. Also, the traffic from the outlets causes MAJOR backups. The hotel is nice, but not enough to deal with the traffic! If you aren't planning to go anywhere or you're travelling at odd times, this place is perfect.

The king bed had Queen size sheets sheets kept coming undone all night. There was no shower curtain or liner to take a shower. Never again.

Clea, nice modern roms, friendly staff, tvs could be better...

Quiet Clean Comfy Beds However the air conditioner unit was a little off

Very short commute to both the SAV airport and the industrial/commercial area around the port of Savannah.

Convenient to the airport and rooms was nice but could use more cleaning. Wall was dirty and under the chair was item left behind from either other customers or cleaners.

Front desk staff nice, helpful. Hotel is tired in spots. Little things not cared for. And NO PATRONS ARE WEARING MASKS. (staff did well in this regard tho

Guest services could have been a little friendlier. They did their jobs but seemed a little inconvenienced both at check in at check out.

Very clean. Although the rooms haven't been updated in a while, it doesn't show as they are well kept

Once we arrived we noticed our room was dirty, bathroom was disgusting. How could this happen. During Covid 19? We go to complain and change rooms, and the front desk person calls police on us. Wow. I have asthma, flew across country, I have reason to be upset. This place is disgusting and is NOT safe during this pandemic. The staff is extremely rude, will never stay here again, ever.

I fell in love with the pillow top. Sooooo comfy! I would absolutley stay

The first day our room did not get cleaned but we did get clean towels and got very good attention the next 3 days. Worst thing was the breakfast time. During the week was from 6-9 but it stayed the same on weekend. Every hotel I've stayed in always added an extra hour on weekends. One morning we came down at 8:55 as did others and the attendant began removing all the food trays a 9 even though their were several folks who were about to get some food and it was snatched away. This to me was totally unacceptable!

very comfortable and clean. friendly staff.close to airport

Property was fair, but no great value. Breakfast was okay, but one morning they didn't have coffee. How do you run out of coffee? Probably would look for a different facility if returning to the area.

ENJOYED view of Golf course & LAKE; however, didn't feel comfortable about Alligators being so close to proprty!!
