Good: Great location and view from porch. Bad: Enjoyed varied and delicious breakfasts and afternoon hors d'oeuvres during last visit in '19. This visit, not so good. Breakfasts were bland and unexciting and hors d'oeuvres were laughable (tortilla chips/salsa). It seems obvious that the Inn is skimping where customer amenities are concerned. Too bad.

We stayed in the basement level room #11 , was unique with lots of historical features. Large with separate living and bedroom and private entrance to back garden. Low ceiling so not for anyone over 5'10. Stayed with two young children, great location. No frills, breakfast, happy hour and late night desert. You have to ask for room cleaning if staying longer than one night. Would use again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Forsyth Park inn. It is a Beautiful property located directly across from the beautiful park. Located so close to everything you are able to walk with no trouble. We stayed in room #1. The room is very spacious. The only thing to point out is the room is located directly off of the front porch so you can hear when anyone is moving chairs or talking loudly outside. The window shades on 2 windows must be closed or other guests can see in. But it is a great room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This was our first visit to Savannah and our first B & B experience but it won’t be our last.

Beautiful place to stay and absolutely wonderful, helpful staff. Everyone working there was awesome and gave excellent recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The location was amazing, perfect for walking everywhere and parking was a breeze.

Beautiful inn and location. The Bathroom in our room was the problem, dirty, ugly, stained tub, so awful didn’t even want to use!

This inn is in dire need of repairs and cleaning. We had the “honeymoon” room, which was spacious and had a lot of potential, but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time other than to change the linens. There was heavy dust on the window blinds, window sills, lamps, and dresser. There were long black hairs on the white tile bathroom floor. There was no knob on the closet door so we couldn’t open it, I got a splinter in my hand from the splintered wood on the nightstand. There was someone’s jeans and t-shirts in the dresser drawer. There was a large gap to the outside due to rotted wood on the bathroom windowsill. We informed the person at the front desk who said the manager would be in in the morning. We took pictures and informed him the next day, and he apologized and gave us a partial refund. Now for the positives... the inn is located right on the edge of Forsyth Park with a nice view of the greenery. It is close to downtown Savannah and all the area attractions. There is no parking lot but there is plenty of street parking right next to the inn. The included breakfast was brought to our room as we didn’t want to dine inside due to covid. Overall, I would never stay there again, as a clean room and good bed are the minimum one should expect at any hotel.

Charming please perfectly located in the heart of Savannah. The staff was friendly and the room was charming though it needed some upgrading. We stayed in room 8, one of the meager accommodations due to the last min bookings. The area rug needs a good scrub and the bathroom should get a facelift. The croissant French toast was the best thing I’ve had for breakfast in a long time. Staff wore masks except the young lady that checked us in.

A beautiful Inn! We stayed on the first floor overlooking their garden. The Inn is well maintained, has an old fashion porch with rocking chairs, tables and chairs to enjoy the most magnificent park in Savannah-Forsyth Park. Trees draped in moss, Cheery Blossoms beginning to bloom on the trees and Azalea bushes blooming everywhere was our view every day!! Dwayne, General Manager, and his team were just wonderful. We had a great breakfast every morning, wine in late afternoon and snack in the evening. Every day fresh infused water. We highly recommend a stay here-we enjoyed 5 days. Location is walkable to everywhere or take advantage of the "free" public transportation. Uber brought us to and from the Airport and sites out side the Historical sections with very reasonable rates. We were car-free!! Hoping to visit Savannah and Forsyth Inn again!!

My friend and I had a fabulous experience at the Forsyth Park Inn. It is at a beautiful location right outside the park and the rooms are cozy and quaint. The inn staff are very helpful and accommodating! We are both picky eaters and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our breakfasts choices. The social hour where small appetizers are served and the nightly dessert and tea were an added perk. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return! Thanks to them, I had a relaxing & refreshing vacation.

Loved the historic feel of this place and the breakfast was amazing!

Loved staying there. Everyone was so nice, even helped me secure a parking space. Loved all the personal touches

Everything was great. From the location to the staff, to the room. An all-around great place to stay!

I liked the ambiance of the Queen Victorian. Climbing the 3 flights of stairs was not as pleasant. Thankfully I got help with my luggage, but I didn’t factor in that these older homes aren’t ADA compliant due to their age. Maybe make a little more clear reference to the stairs to those who may have limitations. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Very historic property and well kept. Bathroom in room 6 could use a remodel even though it's kept in the time period.

The staff were absolutely amazing; professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive; we could not have felt more at home. The food was absolutely phenomenal; one of the best breakfasts I have ever had... they actually got us to like yogurt 😂 We cannot wait to go back.

Very little lighting in the room. Breakfast was ok. Food was not the greatest. The water pressure was horrible and the bathroom door did not lock.

First, I want to thank you for your feedback. While I wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. The clothes should have definitely been removed from the drawer. Housekeeping did note that they totally missed the drawers and the window sills. A knob has been replaced for the closet. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will provide you with the level of service that you were seeking.
