Location was close to hospital as I was in town for testing.

The location is decent and close to food, shopping and downtown. Parking is $7 a night. Rooms are dated amd cruddy. Anyone who desires a very ckean room should pass. A close look at the room after check in revealed crumbs and hair in the carpet. A dirty tub / shower and corners with years of crud. The place is showing it's age with scruffy furniture and finishes. Not worth the price. Housekeeping knocks at 8 am. Since the virus they dont do turn down or empty trashcans so not sure why they do this..The front desk team was pleasant and friendly.

Excellent experience! Staff members were all courteous and professional. The beds were superb! Our room was quiet and we were very pleased. Staff did what they could with the virus limitations in lieu of the breakfast. Hotel was clean.

I did not like the new policy on Parking. They now charge a fee. This was never done in the past and it left a bad taste.

When we arrived at approximately 4:30 PM we were told that our room was not ready and though we waited only about 10 minutes, we paid for the room to be ready at 3:00 PM (check-in) time. When we arrived to the room we found the heating system was not working. Instead of the staff moving us when they found that it could not be corrected we were told by the front that the hotel was filled and that maintenance would be notified. A text to the person (Doris) who sent a welcome text before we were moved. The heating system in the room that we were moved to was so loud Each time it came on and seemed to be malfunctioning. We did not report this because it seemed to be fruitless. This was our worst experience at a Hampton Inn. The bright spot was a housekeeper (Cora). She was very pleasant and should be commended for her sweet spirit.

The king bed was a little too soft for me; nevertheless, I really liked the spaciousness of the room and the set up was good.

The bedroom was well-appointed, very clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful, and it made my quick visit to Savannah quite worthwhile.
