Extremely clean, very friendly staff and family oriented hotel. Beyond convenient location. I would stay here any day.

The room was not very clean. The duvet was stained and the dust ruffle was dirty. In this phase of Covid 19, guests were walking around without regard for anyone's safety. Many guests had dogs on the property and as a result, the hotel did nit have a fresh smelk. Totally disappointed with this hotel.

WE reserved a room with a view. Was a room with a window...view was of parking lot. All real view rooms booked so couldn't move. When called desk said we had reserved island view room....reservations just said view. Front desk manager suppose to call my husband but didn't. Did receive extra Westin points but since romantic valentines weekend room was a bust. Also mold in shower....we live in SC so know is an ongoing battle but if stay onto of easily addressed. Also dinner at hotel restaurant valentines night a disaster. Gave us a new waiter for table of 10....food delivered wrong....bad food...took an hour to reconcile bills. We had explained very clearly at beginning whom was with whom.

The main problem was the restaurant. I went there. With a group of 10 total. We were assigned an inexperienced server. The appetizers came out at the same time as the main meals. The bills were mixed up so some couples were charged other people’s orders. One meal was so salty that it was sent back and that couple received their meal very late. Additionally, my room was over a deck with the exhaust system on it. The view was confounded by this deck. It appeared that the room was meant for an on-line customer.

If you drive in after dark, it is dimly lit outside. It seems a little odd and harder to see where you are going when you are unfamiliar with the area. I later learned this is to protect the sea turtles as they can be falsely drawn to the light. The property itself was very nice, a touch of elegance typical of Westins. I didn't like the pillows, way to soft for my liking. Dinner was expensive. For 2 people with one drink each, $150 including tip. When you check in at almost 7pm and check out at 11am the next day, it's also disappointing to have to pay the resort fee of $20. I certainly didn't get any value out of the resort amenities in the short time we were there. Perhaps it should only kick in after the first 24 hours. Would I stay there again? Probably but if you spend a couple days on the island I can't see any reason to return. More places in this great country to explore.

This is a corporate-style hotel on the beach. Unless you have a balcony room with a view, you are in an enclosed box with a window that doesn't open so you can't see or hear the waves. It's an oxymoron; the hotel doesn't fit; it's not integrated into the beach setting. You have to walk down a long corporate carpeted corridor to get to the elevator to get to the beach level. Even though more modes, Westin was clean, had nice fluffy white towels and sheets and a rainfall shower head, but it could be anywhere USA.The pool was nice. It cost a lot of money. I preferred the Holiday Inn.

Nice clean hotel on the beach. Premium king sized bed is the best hotel bed I've ever slept in.

Great hotel right on the beach. The room was clean and comfortable

The property is very nice but I felt housekeeping for our room could have been better. The bed was sloppily made, we were provided with only 1 coffee cup, there was no snack bar in the room even hough the pricing list was there.

very disappointed! I had to be moved twice due to uncleanliness of the rooms, the pool is not operable due to renovations, the equipment in the gym didn't work (not working signs) Salty's a restaurant advertised was not open. Was told by hotel staff room service would be available til 3 am,called to place a food order at 11pm and was informed the cook had left for the night and i could not order food.

Checkin took 20 mins after the staff started registration process. “Unable to find booking” despite I showed the orbitz email

Nice hotel, on the water, very clean and the food is great. Typical Westin. Very quiet too. Most comfortable hotel chain in America. I would recommend

We were there overnight. Weather was cold. We needed a hot tub but there wasn’t one. They should’ve moved the heaters out so more people could’ve sat by the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice, especially the concierges. Food and service at The Reserve could be improved, especially for the prices.

Upscale hotel on Jekyll Island. New, clean facility. Room was clean and quiet, alhough the shower was broken, but didn’t figure that out till we needed it. Hotel should check this as part of the room prep.
