This is a corporate-style hotel on the beach. Unless you have a balcony room with a view, you are in an enclosed box with a window that doesn't open so you can't see or hear the waves. It's an oxymoron; the hotel doesn't fit; it's not integrated into the beach setting. You have to walk down a long corporate carpeted corridor to get to the elevator to get to the beach level. Even though more modes, Westin was clean, had nice fluffy white towels and sheets and a rainfall shower head, but it could be anywhere USA.The pool was nice. It cost a lot of money. I preferred the Holiday Inn.

Nice clean hotel on the beach. Premium king sized bed is the best hotel bed I've ever slept in.

Great hotel right on the beach. The room was clean and comfortable

The property is very nice but I felt housekeeping for our room could have been better. The bed was sloppily made, we were provided with only 1 coffee cup, there was no snack bar in the room even hough the pricing list was there.

very disappointed! I had to be moved twice due to uncleanliness of the rooms, the pool is not operable due to renovations, the equipment in the gym didn't work (not working signs) Salty's a restaurant advertised was not open. Was told by hotel staff room service would be available til 3 am,called to place a food order at 11pm and was informed the cook had left for the night and i could not order food.

Checkin took 20 mins after the staff started registration process. “Unable to find booking” despite I showed the orbitz email

Nice hotel, on the water, very clean and the food is great. Typical Westin. Very quiet too. Most comfortable hotel chain in America. I would recommend

We were there overnight. Weather was cold. We needed a hot tub but there wasn’t one. They should’ve moved the heaters out so more people could’ve sat by the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice, especially the concierges. Food and service at The Reserve could be improved, especially for the prices.

Upscale hotel on Jekyll Island. New, clean facility. Room was clean and quiet, alhough the shower was broken, but didn’t figure that out till we needed it. Hotel should check this as part of the room prep.

Beautiful hotel. Facilities were outstanding. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to come back when the weather was better. Fitness center was above average for a hotel,,,,

The Westin Jekyll Island is a nice facility. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. But when we got to our room the patio table was missing, the cover for a chair cushions was missing, and there was dog hair all over the ottoman. This was addressed by a very nice housekeeping lady. A a bit later the guests in the room next to us were extremely loud and yelling with five or more people on their small balcony. Be aware that balconies are not private whatsoever, you can see and hear everything. Sad for a new facility. The next morning we were awakened by very loud leaf blowers below our room. This was quite disturbing. When we inquired with the front desk they said that they had to do this and provided no apology. We left our room for the day around 10 a.m. and removed the do not disturb door sign so the room could be cleaned while we were out. We even greeted the housekeeping crew on the way out, so they saw us leave the room. We didn't return until around 4 p.m. and we're shocked to find that our room had not been cleaned. We we contacted the front desk and inquired. They said the cleaning crew checks 9:30a.m. each morning and if there is a do not disturb sign on the door they do not come back for the entire day, and the front desk was really not very nice about it. When housekeeping came to clean the room we were greeted with attitude so while this hotel is nice, it has some work to do with customer relations. Training would greatly benefit the hotel's future success.

We loved Jekyll Island. so pretty and relaxing. The only bad thing was dinner at Tortuga Jack. Food was so salty it wasn't edible.

This is the nicest property on the Island. Restaurant in the hotel is awesome too.

The "Go Green" program was very nice. You can refuse housekeeping and for every day you receive a $5 coupon to be used in the hotel, i.e. restaurants. Very new facility. The days we were there, it was cool and the pool unfortunately is not heated. Also, no beach chairs or umbrellas available for guests, unless you want to pay $10 per chair/per umbrella. Beds were very comfortable. Numerous USB ports available in rooms for charging many devices.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Greeted by very friendly and helpful front desk employees. Room was lovely, bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was a hot tub/whirlpool.
