This was a great place to stay! The front desk was very helpful and made it a great experience!

No elevator and had to reset our electronic key twice. The property is dated but mostly kept up. The hot water was Luke warm or less. Stairs to 2nd floor were narrow. Breakfast consists of coffee and juice, pastry and cereal.

It’s a great place to stay with cabin looking walls and furniture.

Adequate and good price point for basic overnight accomodations. Will stay again when needing just a basic clean and safe place to stay the night.

It was fine for our needs

The staff Carol and Peter were AMAZING!!! So very helpful, fun and kind!

the first room we checked into had a nonworking TV so they moved us next door and the TV remote didn't work. Even the night manager said she didn't know why so many things did work. Breakfast offered was breads and juice.

This was a decent hotel for a good price. Stayed one night, and all was fine. Good for the price, best price for decent place in Blue Ridge that night. Safe, clean, good place.

Terrible!! This place needs to be shut down, burned, and rebuilt! Yes, it's pretty bad! It is old, but i thought it could still be ok for 1 night. Please do not advise anyone to stay there!! Dirty butt-print in the toilet seat, a black ring around the water level inside the toilet, shower doesn't drain, vanity was dusty, molded bagels, and roaches crawling around the dry cereal. The ceiling in the room next to me caved in on top of other travelers while they were asleep. Yes, it was raining terribly, but they were on the ground floor. Never again!!

Staff was great Property was great as well

Roach infested beyond belief. Turned the light off to the bathroom, started watching a movie, opened the door and flipped the switch and there were at least 8 roaches crawling on all surfaces. I have never been more disgusted. My fault for not reading other reviews available and there are many warnings in reviews for the past year. Also read that the owner is a jerk so didn’t bother with trying to get a refund. My advice is stay at a chain name in this area. The night auditor was very friendly and still present at checkout so I didn’t want to make a scene.

Beds were terrible, old and hard

Absolutely horrible experience with an owner who would not refund my room due to inclement weather.

The cabin look, first time visiting exceeded expectations. Walls a little thin, could have microwaves

We loved our stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking spots. Very close to down town which has cute shops and lovely restaurants. The only thing we're didn't like was the breakfast. Very basic.

Needed to climb stairs to reach second floor room. Breakfast is adequate but not fancy. Room was big. No drawers . Spotty internet in room.

Not much to like. Small lobby, room small, toilet wouldn't flush poop down, doors would not latch, doors poorly positioned, toweling was thin, sink wouldn't drain and breakfast was a joke. When leaving our room the first day a "maintenance man" wanted to know if we would be gone as he wanted to repair the bathroom door. We thought gee, this is good, as it barely latched closed. When we returned the door didn't latch at all! When the air conditioner kicked on the compressor, the fan grate was broken and rattled so loud it woke us up. I shoved a piece of thick paper under the grate until it stopped rattling! If that didn't wake us up the terriable bed had me rolling off the edge or the loud bell that rang every time someone came into the office door did. And yes you could hear everything going on in the hotel. No sound insulation! Also, the shower head was so low it hit me in the chin and was loose coming out of the wall. Good money for not much.
