This was just a one night, quick sleep stay. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was polite. Room was pleasantly clean with no issues seen. The complimentary breakfast was good and well stocked. Thank you for a good night stay!

I asked for an early check-in, since our arrival time was before 3 pm. I received an email that my request was granted, and they would be able to accomodate me and my family. We arrived around 2:20 p.m, and the receptionist informed me that my rooms were still being cleaned. We asked how long and we got no response. Obviously upset, we left and came back around 3:20 p.m. When we got to our rooms, everything looked at surface level. Once I opened the curtains in my kids room, there was an abnormally huge spider web in the window. So the windows don't get cleaned along with the room? There was hair in the bathroom and even on the towels. Now what took them so long to clean the room after check out is my question? It definitely wasn't properly cleaned. And the person who is supposed to go check behind them!!!! I am so disappointed

For the price it is very conveniently located to shopping and eateries. It’s safe and quiet and very clean. I go to Valdosta very often and I always stay there.

The front staff was rude, the lady never spoke about our expenses and only charged. The pool water was very dirty, we went early the next morning and there was dirty, left over hair and water was so cloudy. Our hotel room floor was red and sticky. The vents in bathroom were full of dust.
