The hotel is nice, certainly nothing special. I would describe the water is lukewarm at best for the morning shower. The biggest surprise was how nice the breakfast buffet was, and how many offerings they had. I would certainly consider staying there again. The beds do not go all the way to the ground so that our cat could hide under them. That became a bit of a pain when it was time to leave.

Loved the heated indoor pool option! Beds were quite uncomfortable but the staff and cleanliness were perfect.

Check in and check out was seamless. Room was clean. The indoor pool was clean and towels were provided in that area so we didn’t have to use the room towels. There were accessible vending and ice machines visible so you didn’t have to hunt for them. Breakfast options were standard.
