The staff were excellent! Kind and very friendly. The fee to bring our small dog was fair. We had a very irritating night. There were guests staying in two different rooms who continued to be loud throughout the night. I called the front desk who said they had ask them to leave. At 4:59 a.m they continued to make noise. I had to sign a sheet with a full page of rules I needed to abide by, and a deposit for any damages! It was an awful night for us. My dog behaved better than those guest! I feel they should have been fined and we should have received a discount on our room!

For about $200 a night it was very disappointing. We saw roaches, AC was broken (June in GA, 100 F), door lock was broken. The only positive thing was manager and !handy-man! who fixed it as soon as humanly possible. Everything is old and needs to be replaced, from sheets and mattresses to the tiles. I’m sorry for people who work there because they do everything they can, but this hotel needs serious investments. Never coming here again.

There was whats appeared to be FECES on the curtain in the room. We chose the hotel due to a promise of a hot breakfast and there was NOTHING but yogurt and danishes. There were drug deals going on all night in the parking lot. There are plenty of better choices!!!!
Great location and wonderful staff! Room had a slight musty smell but our experience was excellent otherwise!
There was no air conditioning in the halls of the second floor. Stepped off the elevator and was greeted with heat. Our room had an odor, smelt like they don't leave the air on after the guests checkout or maybe mildew was the smell. The bathroom door was sticky and had dirty spots (which should've been not seeable since the door was brown).
Elevators out of order, ac broken in hallways, rooms smelled, ac in rooms couldn’t never dried the air, so rooms were humid. free bfast was just yogurt. Desk person clearly didn’t want to be there. Keep driving and don’t stop here.
Room was pretty nice and hotel was in a convenient location near the mall and close to dozens of restaurants but the room phone and hair dryer in our room did not work
The hotel had a really bad odor. And the breakfast was nothing.

Surprisingly nice! Simple, but clean and in very good shape with comfy beds, a nice bathroom, frig and microwave, for a very reasonable price. A very good value!

We are so sorry for your less than excellent stay with us. We will address the breakfast when the mandate changes. It is explained at check in. All previous marketing efforts have not been rectified.
