First of all, everyone was friendly from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and fresh and comfortable and those were the most soft pillows I have ever used. The grounds were clean and comfortable. They had marshmallows s'mores outside at night for families I felt really safe. I really do like this place and I will be returning. I have nothing bad to say. I really enjoyed myself. I wish I could have stayed another night

We were there on Christmas Day and the restaurants were closed (so was everything else in town), but they brought in prepared meals that you could microwave. That was a considerate touch. All the staff was great. Love the upper and lower lobbies and the fireplace.

Resort was beautiful and room was comfortable. No microwaves in the room, theres just one for all guests to share. Theres a $100 deposit that you get back after you check out. They charged my card for this 3 times and told me it kept declining. Its been 7 business days after checking out and i cant get a straight answer from customer service on whether or not my refund has been issued, and I can't get ahold of a manager.

This place is absolutely immaculate! From the moment we walked in, the cozy vibes and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The space smells amazing, and every detail shows how much care and thought went into making guests feel comfortable. Everyone we met was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. And the views… oh my goodness! They are breathtaking — like something straight out of a Hallmark movie. I felt so relaxed and refreshed during my stay. I would absolutely come back and stay here again without a second thought. Truly a magical experience! The s’mores by the fire pit is such a fun experience!
