The shower head pressure was terrible.. the pillows were so soft that they barely provided any support. The bed was just ok.. also, I requested towels and it took hours. When I called back I got 3 bath towels. No hand, Bart may or face towels.

We changed rooms because when the bedding covers were taken back there was food crumbs and black hairs between the sheets

Limited elevator and no stair alternative! Wait is too long

Bedbugs! We found live bedbugs in our room. The linens were not clean. It was absolutely disgusting. The manager was very apologetic and refunded our stay but it was a horrible experience.

Valet parking was great. They always had the car for us even at 3 am when we departed.

The room was very dusty particularly in the bathroom. The ceiling above the shower head needed to be repaired. There was no housekeeping until you checked out. The valet staff was excellent! Prompt service. The front desk staff was excellent and helpful. The made sure we had plenty of towels. The check in and check out process was seamless. Lastly, it would be great to include water beside the coffee throughout the day. You have to go into the fitness facility to get water.

Excellent lighting. Pleasing lobby; however came in after 10 pm and lobby desk was unstaffed and no valet present. Felt very unsafe as anyone could walk into the hotel.

Staff was friendly, booking & check in were quick and efficient. Room smelled like urine, bedding had blood spots on it.

Very well located to restaurants and bars, needs better toilletries and breakfast choices.

Still coming back from pandemic restrictions but very good in general. Ideal location in Savannah with easy close access to the market, river street, and the historic district, the pool is a plus on those hot summer days!

Location very convenient.

I really wanted to love this hotel because the location is great but unfortunately the people running the place have no respect for the patrons or regard for their jobs. We were in town for a long weekend with another couple & both of us ended up with dirty rooms - Being a seasoned traveler I had some cleaning wipes & was able to remedy our room but unfortunately the couple we were traveling with had to go through 3 rooms before getting one clean enough for a comfortable stay. With the current pandemic climate I was really surprised they aren't taking the cleanliness of the hotel more seriously so that immediately started us off poorly. All of the hotels in the historic downtown charge to park so I was unsurprised by having to pay but what I was surprised by was the valet attendants did quite a bit of joy riding in my vehicle. When we arrived it was sunny and they parked my car with half a tank of gas - when I received my car I was nearly on E, my windshield wipers were on full blast and all my mirrors & seat were adjusted. It rained pretty hard the second night of our stay because I remember running back to the hotel soaking wet so I am assuming that is the night they decided to ride around based on the windshield wipers being left on the way they were. Super disappointing considering I had given a good tip in hopes they would be respectful of my belongings. It gets worse but those were just the disappointing highlights. Stay with caution and keep your expectations low.

Very Friendly staff. Location. Quiet. Fast valet. Convenient pantry store.

We liked how close it was to many bars, shops, and restaurants!

The Hotel was very clean and the people that work there were very friendly.

We were able to check in at noon which was a plus. We had a difficult time finding where to park. They should note to pull in the drive to the right of the hotel and valet is not optional ($25/day). All the doors in the front of the hotel are locked. The only open door is on the right side in the driveway. The staff at the desk, concierge, valet and even the maids were extremely helpful and friendly. Great place to stay!
