Furniture dirty phone in the room didn't work so couldn't call front desk

It was great. Family fun. Nice comfortable rooms. Heavenly pillows

The lady at the front desk was very nice. She helped me with an early check-in. I was shocked by the price. I went into the room and left. I asked for my money back. This hotel needs a redo. The couch was gross. It was stark and ugly. The room was 104. The nice lady reimbursed me. I felt bad but for $95 it should be nicer. YUK. The staff was very nice. Some gentleman worker kept opening doors for me. I think he was a maintenance guy. Sorry

The hotel had an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Spacious rooms. Plenty of vending machines on-site. Ample choices for food around and in walking distance from the property. On the other hand, what seemed like a quick check-in. After a hour afterwards my card was charged an additional charge with out asking or even notifying me. When I asked about it I was told it was a security deposit. During check out I had to ask for the receipt staying it would be returned back to my card. Two days later I still haven't received it back yet. Even after calling twice. I stayed in a non-smoking room. The blankets on both beds had cigarette burned holes in them. The plaster on the corner of the wall was missing. And the towel rack in the bathroom was pulled out of the wall on one side upon arrival

I had a fall on your property and the staff did not assist and I found out from the doctor that its severly bruised and needed to be on crutches and a ankle brace.

Property in very bad conditions, dirty , horrible experience .

One of the beds was made but still had dirty sheets. There was only one person to check in, answer phone and make the bed that was dirty, which never happened because there was a long check-in line. I was able to get clean sheets after 3 hours. Elevator was not working. Dozens of old boxsprings had been dumped on the parking There was a stench throughout the corridors.

Clean room with microwave, refrigerator and other amenities was actually better than a much more expensive hotel I previously stayed at which happens to be just steps away. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise.

Nice hptel well worth the money, I would stay there again

the tub was rusted it smells awful and the staff was so unfriendly

Stafff didnt really smile nor interact much. Hotel was nice and will be nicer after construction is finished.

Terrible hotel terrible service from ORBITZ!!!!!!!!!!!!

As soon as you walked in the room you could smell the mold and mildew. There was mold in different parts of the room. The AC leaked water all over the floor. The sheets on the bed felt damp and wet. The worst part was this was a handicap room. It is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff did nothing to fix the issues.
