Great hotel Friendly staff. Clean. Nice location.
I wouldn’t stay here again. When I booked my reservation and when I got an e-mail a few days before check-in, it said 3 PM was when check-in began. We got there and were told check-in is at 4 (on the website it also said 3). When we came back at 4:40, we were told the room type we booked were filled so they gave us a different room type (not sure how that’s even possible). When we got up to the room, there were weird things smeared on the bed frame (it looked like snot to be honest) and there was feces in our toilet. It was absolutely disgusting. I put a towel down on the stained couch before sitting and we checked out first thing in the morning. The elevators first floor button didn’t even work, so we had to take the stairs unless we got the other one. I have never experienced anything like that. It was filthy.
Not fee parking $30 per night it’s very expensive.
The property is under renovation. The pool area was closed for maintenance. The bar/restaurant were non existant. They were under staffed so our room was never cleaned. Hotel is walking distance to lots the city has to offer.
Very run down property, disappointed in room clean
We have stayed at many Holiday Inns and have come to expect a quality that this hotel failed to meet. The hall just outside our room was dirty. The room itself was just okay. The bathroom grout was dingy. The blackout curtains didn’t close all the way. The keurig coffee maker spewed grounds all over the place. Because of the coronavirus the restaurant was closed but we were assured there would be coffee in the morning. Coffee was hot and fresh but there was no creamer! Overall it was a disappointing stay.
Location was great and walking distance to everything. The decor looks to be updated recently and very tasteful.

This hotel is a train wreck. I waited 2 hours for a room (check in was 3:00) after I wast told it would only be 30 extra minutes. Saturday morning I was awakened by maintenance at 6:00 am trying to fix a door of the room next to mine. This went on for over an hour, only to receive a call from the front desk asking to enter my room to access the room next to mine, The restaurant was closed Due to COVID, although restaurants in town are open. The Valet is a mess and can't handle the volume of cars for the hotel. I was then promised a refund by the manager and after I checked out they rescinded that offer. Stay far away from this hotel.
The location was fine. No breakfast is served, not even coffee, due to “COVID”.
Would stay here again. Super close to everything we wanted to do downtown. Lobby was very modern and clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms are standard ours could’ve been a little updated. I could tell it had been cleaned of course but there was some wear and tear to the room. There was a few outlets not working and one that they cover was broken off of. Overall it was a good experience.
