Wonderful stay

This was a great vacation. We loved the location. Want pizza? It is right around the corner. Need a CVS, its a few blocks away. Want to sit in the park square? It is right outside your door.The beds were also very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The Little Things

Great location. We stayed in the basement apartment. Expect some bugs. There is no parking, street only and costly. Did not receive a check-in email with directions. Overall good but lacking the extra little comforts. Busy area, and the front blind is straw, in the evening you can see through to the entire kitchen and living area. No dishwashing liquid in empty $1 tub, cheapest paper towels and TP that you could find, no soap, broken ice holders. No TLC to make the experience special. Needs a little care. Furniture dated and dusty. Not sure if this is owner or management issue. Issues easy to fix.

The location is excellent, convenient to everything, and the check in and out process was easy. We enjoyed the house but did experience a few problems. The fans were quite dirty and we had difficulty with the wifi. When we called for assistance we were told someone would call back but no one did. The description of the house should make clear that one of the two bathrooms is en suite and not easily accessible by other residents. did dud

Great location - walkable to everything. The space is as advertised. Could use new linens and towels, primary bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Otherwise great for our group.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved this place easy to walk to the Riverwalk and get on the trolley. Loved staying right next to One of the squares. And the veranda was perfect to watch people walk by .Would 100%recommend this location!!!!!

Perfect fit!

We stayed here for our two days in Savannah. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Being on the ground level worked well for my in-laws who have trouble with stairs. The property manager was super accommodating and even brought us extra towels, fixed a light bulb, and delivered fresh coffee to us upon request. All beds were comfy, except for one whose mattress dipped a bit in the middle. But the kids took that room and were fine. The bathrooms and beds were clean, but the floor wasn't swept before we arrived...but that's minor. The number of rooms and amenities made the 8 of us very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to a family!

Perfect location!

This property is absolutely beautiful and spacious enough for a large family. We came for the weekend and really enjoyed how close it is to everything downtown. We enjoyed people watching from the porch when we were at the house.

Great Location

Our trip started out bad, but after that we really enjoyed the stay. It is a great location. We arrive shortly after our check in time of 4:00. The home had not been cleaned since last renter. After calling the property manager, we were assured that it would get cleaned right away. We were suppose to receive a message when cleaning was complete, but that never happen. Also, there is no deadbolt lock on the front door. Our overall stay was great. I was disappointed in the cleanliness. We found someone's driver's license in the master bedroom floor. That tells me the floor was not properly cleaned.
