Our room was 2 doors down from the hotel rooftop night club. We got zero warning, but there were complimentary earplugs in our room. I mean…we literally got no sleep for 3 nights. They also don’t clean your room unless you request it. I find that really odd for a JW Marriott. Isn’t this supposed to be a top notch hotel? The only thing going for this hotel is the location on the river.

The property and the staffs were outstanding but the vallet parking they offered was a really nightmare I requested my car at 8:30 am and after 45 minutes waiting I decided go to get my car by myself and drive it back to the hotel it’s a shame because they charged 55 dollars a day

Parking was terrible, music was blaring until 3 AM, moved to a room that wasn’t made up, sheets provided were still wet, room service food cold, friendliness of staff at check in and out was nonexistent. Honestly shocked by how bad it was given JW Marriott reputation. Would NOT recommend!
