Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the house, the backyard, the driveway, the pond, and one additional parking spot on the street directly in front of the house. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.
*Note: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that the space is treated with dignity and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum. Parties and events are not allowed. No swimming is allowed at the pond. Bring plenty of bug spray while enjoying the outdoors in Savannah!
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the Battery Point neighborhood on Wilmington Island. It is a very safe location with friendly and respectful neighbors.
Please be mindful that it is a residential neighborhood, so speed limits and quiet hours must be respected.
No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property.
Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.
There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately three minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.
Other Things to Note:
We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!
**Note** The backyard is fenced, but the property backs to the pond, so there is always the chance that unattended pets will go for a swim, so please do not leave them outside by themselves.

You can park up to two cars on the driveway and one on the street. The garage is small and not the best option for today's vehicle sizes.
